My father in-law passed away unexpectedly. The staff was very kind and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call on their services again.

They explained the process and did everything. My part consisted of a short meeting (less than 30 min) and paying the bill I was shocked at how low the price given the high quality service I received). They coordinated with the coroner and made all arrangements. All I had to do was come and pick up the remains that they had placed in the urn that we had selected. I am not sure if they have facilities to host memorial or funeral services because we wanted to have our own small family service to be followed later by a celebration of life service later at our own church. All I can say is THANK YOU for the amazing help you were in a very bad time in our lives.

The woman who I worked with told me that it was necessary to wait until January to file the paperwork because the VA ran out of funding by October. I believed her. Then I called the VA and they told me that was nonsense and they couldn't imagine why anyone would tell me that. When I called and told them this, I was told the paperwork had been sent but checking with the VA proved otherwise. I called again and informed them of this and once again was told the paperwork was sent. For the second time, the VA said they had received nothing. For the third time I had to call them and demand the paperwork be sent. Finally it was sent but it was done incorrectly and the VA sent it back to me. It was finally up to me to handle the paperwork on my own. The woman I dealt with had assured me not once but three times that the paperwork was handled and each time that was proven to be false. The claim she made about the VA running out of funding was proven to be false. I do not know what her motivation was nor do I care. I was in mourning for my husband and the last thing I needed to deal with was this woman's unprofessional behavior and her lack of integrity. There may be good, trustworthy people who work there, unfortunately I was handled by a person who was just the opposite and on that basis alone I would not recommend this service. When I first drove up to their location, seeing it was in a strip mall, I immediately had reservations. I should have trusted my instincts and gone elsewhere for all the aggravation this woman caused me.

The place is very spacious and nicely laid out. I first through the viewing room was, well a dining room. Round tables surrounded by chairs. And off to the side is a small room with drinks and finger food. It was nicely done. If you're reading this please take time to appreciate moments with love one. We spend our busy lives and not enjoying the moment sometimes. Saying yea yea yea, or completely forgetting someone's kind actions we take for granted. Yea you never realize what's gone till it's gone. I'm not talking about that $10 or slice of pizza or losing that receipt. I'm talking about taking time with your kid or helping your parents around the house or even taking 3 seconds of your time to say, "I love you" at a ransoms moment. You'll see the joy in their eyes. And the laughter in their face when you make fart. Stop and see the world a little slower making time for memories. Dying is easy, making memories that's living. Overall four stars. The petty thing I had was the military uniform display was totally wrong. Now excuse me....... M

After several phone calls, e-mails, and in-person visits by the family, and myself and we're still waiting with supposed delays and very little communication on their part as to why there's delays or that they've even run into snags (the most recent date was mid-December and no update after that until family reached out yet again). The lack of consideration/communication by this company is beyond egregious. They take the money but leave the family high and dry. Would NOT recommend if you can go somewhere else do!

And the price is quite high, over $4000 just for a simple burial of cremains (cremation done out of state, not by Evergreen Waschelli) in a plot that the family already owns. And that's with name etching on an existing stone that's already in place, with no removal of the stone needed. I'm going there today and I'll bet that my mom's name is still not on the stone and that her obituary still won't be showing up on their website. Ugh

We were completely dismayed to find the area where they are buried, covered in about 5 inches of decaying maple leaves. I used my shoe and tried to kick away the thick layer of debris, trying to expose her grandparents name plates. After about 15 minutes, we gave up. When I returned home, I went online and filled out a form that was right on their website and told them how unacceptable this was to my mother, and asking for someone to please reach out to me after it had been cleaned up so that we could try again.. It has been two weeks and no one has reached out to me regarding my concern with the lack of upkeep. So perhaps next year, I will call them and make sure the area has been maintained before driving the hour and a half.
