About John, every networked, can obtain parts with a 3 year 36K warranty to be shipped in right away (next day). He provides a warranty through TechNet so if I am far away and the part would fail, I can still get the part covered within the warranty period by Technet. Runs and Drives Nice, Heated Leather, Sunroof, Power Windows, Mirrors, Locks, Seats, Cruise Control, Aftermarket Radio with Wireless Apple CarPlay/ Android Auto, Nice Tires, a great deal you do not want to pass up!" Mind you, I'm well are it says "Sold as is". When I got to the shop, it had a March 2026 inspection sticker on it that was from that shop as I was told. He then proceeded to inform me that the sticker would be scraped because it didn't pass emissions for a code "P0128" which is the engines coolant temperature is below the normal regulating temperature. Easy fix, had done this on my last Saab so was not worried about it whatsoever. I had asked the worker at least 5 times if that was the code he pulled and he said yes. 2 days later, I come to find out after taking it to get a proper inspection done by me, that it actually was the engine code P0463, which involved the fuel level circuit reading "high voltage" which is a LOT more of an extensive and EXPENSIVE job to repair. If he had just been honest and straight up about the actual code, I wouldn't have bothered with this car knowing how much of a pain in the ass that code takes to fix. If you plan on buying a car from there, make sure you bring a reader to check for any engine codes, and DO NOT just take his word for accountability. If I could leave ZERO stars I would.

So I picked up some matching tires and randomly picked this shop to balance & install. Hani fit me in the same day charges me short money to completely install, I appreciated that & they took the old tires to boot! Then Hani, who is a complete gentleman btw, took the time to look up my car fax and realized I had not changed the sparks plugs...EVER! I went on to explain that I bought the car almost brand-new in 2019, and I was the second owner of the vehicle. I explained further that my engine was vibrating and I feared it was my Exhaust-Manifold, which was welded by an arch-welder approx. 4 years ago ($700) I was dreading that expense again. Hani urged me to change the spark plugs which were 71,000 miles overdue for replacement, and stated it might stop the vibrating, and it DID! Hani went on to say, I could of ruined my engine-& thats all I had to hear. Hani scheduled me in right away the next morning to install the new spark plugs-which was completed in less than 1 hour. When I drove out of the shop my car felt like it was brand-new again and for that I'm so grateful (God is Good!) I couldn't be happier with the work, the care, and the time spent on my behalf by both Hani and his HILARIOUS Mechanic who also knew this car inside & out. My car is my livelihood and I cannot live w/out it, so I'm here to make sure I send my Blessings & Thanks to this shop whom has earned my trust, ...for now! I will definitely be going back to this shop when I need a mechanic! .......Hopefully not soon tho!

Roadside assistance was going to charge me too much to tow to my regular mechanic, so I had my Volvo towed here. They charged me almost $800 (which was more than they had told me over the phone, by the way), and when I picked the car up, it was doing the EXACT SAME THING it was doing when I had it towed to them (flashing check engine light and all). I went inside to tell the man that, and he told me that he had put something in the engine to treat it and I just needed to drive it for a while to fix the problem. If it did not, they would be happy to look at it again and charge me even more money. To recap: 1) I paid them almost $800 to diagnose and fix a flashing check engine light; 2) I picked the car up and the problem was not fixed; 3) they told me to drive the car, with a flashing check engine light (I'm no expert, but I can Google and know that it is a bad idea to drive a car with a flashing check engine light); 4) I had to pay a competent (and honest) mechanic to tell me my car had a stuck open valve; and 5) I paid these people a lot of money for nothing, only to need to pay a whole lot more money to fix the real problem. Next time I will know to pay roadside assistance the extra money to keep towing my car past this place.
