He claimed the tires didn't meet the state's 2/32-inch requirement, which was a lie. Mike pressured me into buying new tires, even offering to take pictures as "proof." Don't trust their pictures! I recorded video evidence of Mike measuring the tires incorrectly, starting from the wrong spot on the gauge. When I called him out, he said the tool was "malfunctioning," even though the tires clearly passed. Then one of his employees told me the tire depth was "3 millimeters" when it was clearly over 3 inches. How does someone working there not know the difference between millimeters and inches? They even tried telling me the tires needed to be at least 3 millimeters, which is false since New Hampshire requires 2/32 inches. It's clear this place is using deceptive tactics to pressure customers into paying for unnecessary services. I have video proof of their dishonesty. Avoid this place at all costs and head to CK Auto Repair. Not only do they offer honest, fair pricing, but their service is also much faster and more reliable.
