My wife, Colleen and I went to Lewis for Valentines Day dinner. First and foremost the whole experience was awesome. Our waiter, Richard, was perfect and treated us as friends. Ask for him, and treat him well. He's the quintessential old school steak house experience. The sides were perfect and let me tell you the steaks (we had a porterhouse) were beyond amazing. Perfectly prepared. Colleen had a blood orange margarita that she loved and I had the Ron Zapata XO rum, they have an extensive wine and spirits list !!! We went to the Jupiter location. It's only 20 something tables , a perfect size for a great experience......go there, have a cocktail and a great steak, you wont regret it !!! read more

We've now been here 6 or more times.... This place is going downhill fast. Last time we were here the kitchen couldn't get food out in any reasonable time. The manager apologized several times but nothing was done. Tonight we decided we would try one more time because we like the bartenders on Saturday nights. The food was good however the time it took to get the food was still long and they were empty. The second issue we saw was the bars ice was low and the bus boy used his arm and bare hand to push the ice to the side the girls could reach it. Lastly our main dish the ribeye we ordered took forever to come out and when it did it was cold. The bartenders sent it back and 45 seconds later the manager returned with a cold piece of meat. He did comp the steak but this will be the last time we go here. With SO MANY great restaurants in Jupiter there's no reason to come back. I hope they get there issues handled because it could definitely be a great place if run properly. read more

We went on a Saturday night and the restaurant wasn't busy. I'd say less than half. Most people were at the bar. I hate to say that our experience was an embarrassment for their restaurant. Let's start with the few positive things. The restaurant was clean and we had a warm welcoming. Once we sat down we had a great server, Toni. She was attentive and helped us when our problems started. We were a party of four and began our night with two alcoholic beverages and two nonalcoholic drinks. Followed by the Bone Marrow appetizer. It arrived and it was spilt unevenly. It tasted great but the chef should have noticed this before sending it out. After the appetizer it took a bit to get our entree. We ordered a Caesar salad, French onion soup and the Porterhouse steak for two. This comes with no sides. We ordered two corns and one mashed potatoes. The corn was amazing. It took approximately 15-20 minutes to arrive to the table. Once it arrived the steak was very rare, see photo. We ordered it medium rare. We sent it back. It took about 10 minutes to come back in pieces, still rare. At this point we did not want a steak that would be cooked three times. The manager tries to explain what "medium rare" is. We then told him we are done with all this and just ordered three filets. Two medium rare and one medium. About 20 minutes later the steaks arrive from the manager and we cut them. The medium was rare. Two of the medium rare were rare. We returned them. At this point it was a joke. We actually thought we were on a show. I wish I had a meat thermometer. When they came back the medium was about medium well. And the medium rare was medium. They were clearly annoyed. Our sides were cold and never offered for them to change them. For the prices we payed it was absolutely ridiculous. They took off the porterhouse obviously. Other than that there was nothings helpful. This was a horrible experience. I can't believe this is something that The Okeechobee Steakhouse would be associated with. read more

This week, we chose Lewis Steakhouse for our ritual Friday Happy Hour, a spot highly recommended by friends. Happy Hour kicks off at 4 p.m., and to our surprise, there was already a line waiting to get in. When the doors finally opened, every seat at the bar was quickly filled, luckily, we managed to find a spot. Lewis Steakhouse is an upscale steakhouse located in Jupiter, FL, and is part of the renowned Okeechobee Steakhouse family. Known for its dry-aged prime steaks and classic American cuisine, it offers a fine-dining ambiance with elegant decor, a full bar, and a high-end variety wine selection. Our plan was to enjoy cocktails and appetizers while sitting at the bar and getting to know the bartenders, as we often do. I ordered the steak sliders and the shrimp sushi plate. They both exceeded expectations and were delicious. This place earns a spot on my regular Happy Hour list for Fridays. The combination of great food, lively atmosphere, and excellent service makes Lewis Steakhouse a perfect choice for winding down the week. read more

Having observed the decline of the Okeechobee Steakhouse, I was interested to compare it to sister restaurant Lewis Steakhouse - there was little comparison: My party was warmly greeted on arrival. Our server, Pablo, was friendly and efficient and both he and a Manager checked on us throughout the meal. We had a good range of salads, sides and mains. Everything was well prepared - the steaks perfectly cooked. The Hash Brown casserole was outstanding, as was the Creamed Corn. There is an impressive wine list - deep and broad. My only negative is that the prices are pretty extreme, but not dissimilar from the prices at other high end restaurants. read more

For the prices they get and its relationship to Okeechobee Steak, you would think they know how to prepare a steak.I requested a medium well ribeye, but got it quite well done,When I consulted the waiter , he claimed I told him well done.I have never eaten my eat that way..it was dead! This restaurant, unfortunately, has a lot of hype for minimal hospitality and culinary results. We came here for happy hour and were given drinks at a misrepresented cost. The service is extremely slow, and the wait staff was not friendly. Additionally, when we expressed our frustration to the manager about the overall experience - the response we were given was apathetic and not what we expected for a "high end" steakhouse. I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant when there are so many others, locally, that are delicious and have far higher service standards. I would be embarrassed to represent this business and how poorly it is run. Save yourself the time and money and go to Barcello, Kitchen, Morton's, Harry's, or Capital Grille where your time and attendance will be valued. read more

We've been rather disappointed with the steakhouse scene in Jupiter, so we were a bit reluctant to try Lewis Steakhouse--but we're so glad we did. We went on a Wednesday night and it was packed! The service was incredible; our waiter anticipated every move and was always right there when we needed him. We had the Palm Beach Special, a Delmonico, and the Australian wagyu--each cooked perfectly. The sides were anything but boring; definitely try the truffle mac & cheese and the Brussels sprouts--delish! Great cocktails as well. We'll definitely be back! Thanks! read more

The restaurant is beautiful. We had a late res so not sure how packed it normally gets but they had ample seating. The service was top notch from the hostess to our waiter to the runners. Couldn't get any better... I loved the anchovies option for the Ceasar salad...true Ceasar to me! We split the tomahawk steak n glad we did..it was huge! Plus a side of asparagus...also enough to share for at least 3.. The only thing I would not recommend here is their Creme Brulee... Not the best at all... The Okeechobee steakhouse family created a great addition in Lewis Steakhouse. Lewis stands out from the local Jupiter restaurant scene in that the walls are not adorned with bright colors, fish, or other tropical features, it feels like steakhouse you find in the city. Service is always well executed, friendly, and professional. We have had several cuts of the steak, the seabass, and almost always the French onion soup. Only gripe is inconsistency in the steak temperature. Compared to other area steakhouses, the parking is a breeze. Not a place to visit every week but great for celebrations, special occasions, or a needed mid week happy hour. read more

Our server Richard was awesome very knowledgeable and professional. The restaurant has great ambiance and decor but it is very loud inside. I noticed the ceiling tiles are wood or faux wood and that may be contributing to the restaurant being so loud , to the point where I was having trouble hearing and understanding our waiter and servers. The food was cooked to perfection we had Gorgonzola salad, bone marrow starter, Delmonico steak and Brussels sprouts. Everything was seasoned to perfection and delicious, we will be back. Great steak, great atmosphere, and reasonably priced for the quality. The sushi menu is a great touch. I started my meal with excellent tuna sashimi instead of a salad. Every steakhouse should do this. Rhonda was wonderful - we watched the UConn buzzer beater against Duke together and are now bonded for life. read more

We went to Lewis Steakhouse to celebrate my birthday. We started our meal the calamari appetizer that was cooked perfectly. I upgraded the complimentary birthday steak to the rib eye that was seasoned perfectly and was very tasty. We shared a lobster tail that was also excellent. We also ordered the scallops over risotto for the 2nd entree that was another wonderful dish. We enjoyed the 1 pound potato that we had served loaded. The creamed corn was delicious and flavorful that was prepared with bacon. Compliments to our server Louis who was excellent and took the time to explain the steak cuts and the restaurant's aging process. He was an outstanding server that provided an exceptional customer experience. We plan on returning for my Husband's birthday.
