Tonight (6/02) I had the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a business…read more Prior to coming in, I went online (google) and on Facebook to check the hours which stated they closed at 10pm and offered cosmic bowing from 6-10. (Which apparently didn't exist on this particular Saturday night) I walked in at 8:07 with my group of 3 and was greeted by a rude employee stating that due to no one being there they were closing early at 9, so it may not be worth our time to stay. I thought this was weird due to the fact that there were close to 30 bowlers there. After the employee rushed us thru the check in process he joined his group of friends which made up about 15 of the 30 bowlers a couple lanes down. After finishing up around 9 I went to pay for our group. I noticed on the counter, and on the monitor next to our lane, there was an ad that stated "Cosmic Bowling! Saturday from 6-10pm. Rent a lane for only $30 for up to 6 Players for 2 hours!" He stated that our total was $45.xx. I questioned the price by explaining that there is an ad that says that groups can bowl for 2 hours for only $30. He replied by saying "well, you didn't stay the full 2 hours so I can't give you the deal!" And I should "take it up with the owner because she told me to close early." I explained that I would have gladly stayed for the full 2 hours but you decided to close early. This is an attempt for the owner to make it right. If you care about your business, honor your specials. I understand that running businesses are extremely challenging, but you cannot leave your business in the hands of someone who is extremely incapable of running it.

The lane would gets stuck, count pins incorrectly, and give 3 turns per person before resetting the pins . We went up to the front desk to get a refund and they wouldn't offer more than half refund although we didn't even get half a game in . The owner is supposedly in the hospital which is unfortunate but the people that were left in charge was putting all the problems on her which I feel is extremely unprofessional that nobody in charge had the authority to make it right . The man at the front desk admitted to the lane having multiple parts that needed replaced but still didn't feel obligated to take responsibility. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and especially not any family's trying to have fun on a budget .

The equipment is classic, and works.... sometimes. The prices are extremely cheap at $1.00 per game on Saturdays, and only $2.00 for shoe rental. We took a large group of people and they would only let us use two lanes. For 15 people, we definitely could have used a third lane. Although we were in line before they opened, one of the two lanes we purchased had a faulty scoring system, and we had to change lanes an hour later. By then half of our group was already on their second game. We were refused a refund when the computer glitches had begun, and I had only bowled one frame at that time. I thought it was absurd that they would refuse a refund, but the kids had fun so that was a plus. This place has potential but I wouldn't return until equipment is updated.

The shoes were clean and the check in process was easy. We had a group of 8 on one lane, and played Hyperbowl the entire time. We got through 4 games and maybe halfway through a 5th. This game mode is unique and different, the bumpers are up and based on where your bowling ball touches the bumper, you get different multipliers on your resulting score from knocking down the pins. Each round the zones and multipliers are different. Our group was asked if we wanted to order anything as we were getting set up and putting on shoes, but they never came by to check on us after we said to give us a few minutes.
