Most recently, Amanda...Owner completely "Scalped" my poor 16 month old dog. I have attached a picture. My Dog suffered: razor burns, contusion & 2 trips to the Vet. I spoke to Tim/Owner, and he denied everything, of course. Rather than take responsibility for their horrific work, and harm to my dog, he was super nasty to me. Their complete lack of maturity and customer service was very shocking to me, and it cost over $200 in Vet Bills + the cost of grooming. I tried to resolve this serious experience with both Owners ... to no avail.

She doesn't let the dogs have enough time and allows unneatured males into daycare. And then has the audacity to say" balls have nothing to do with it " umm. Balls have Everything to do with it..just shows how ignorant this manager is. This is the only daycare that allows this.. No other daycare excepts unneatured dogs..why? Because it's Common sense . I mean duh.. Ive been working with dogs longer than shes been alive.Dalyn is by far the worse manager I've ever had. And hope to ever have. I mean good God! First, the things I liked: * The staff was friendly. * The facility, what I could see, was clean and pleasant. What I didn't like: * The fact that my dog was not played with regularly and was CHARGED to be played with. I was not told of this charge in advance. * I was charged $43 for a bath at the end of the stay. I agreed in advance for the bath, but not for that price! (I was only asked if I wanted her bathed, not the price.) This charge was twice what I pay for at my regular kennel. * There was no communication regarding my dog during her stay. My bill was $269 for three nights. My dog is a small terrier, not a large dog. I was told this was a great place. I knew it was way out of the way. But, I had no idea of the things I disliked above. Places like these need to realize that customers expect their furry children to be well taken of. We trust them with our babies. We do not expect exorbitant prices for services that are expected. I doubt I will return.

Since the staff change my dog has boarded 2x, during pickup they are not remembering toys brought with her, unused food being returned and forgetting her harness and leash, Not a huge deal except i live an hour and half away, still not a huge deal spoke with Leland (mgr) and he assured me that he would get issue resolved. Upon pickup this past weekend I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with their NEW receptionist, not impressed at all... While discussing what was being forgotten this time I asked about the ball forgotten from last visit and she got an attitude and rolled her eyes at me (of course facing away from the camera they have in the lobby) Well Im sorry that set off my bitch switch and for that I apologize but her eye rolling and attitude were uncalled for in a professional place of business, and when the OLD staff here were always so gracious and friendly no matter what then its unexpected and unacceptable, I work in customer service and would not have a job if i rolled my eyes at a customer. At any rate I will no longer be bringing my Tia to this facility. They really should do some customer service training with this individual as she clearly needs it . Again I appologize for my reaction to her rudeness and I want to again state that Jenna and Leland are amazing and this is NOT in anyway directed at them! Date of Incident 01/11/26
