Yes i would rather leave with orange roots and have hair on my head. Then to blend everything, the stylist made my ends grey/purple ash blonde. It ruined my old blonde that I came in with. Not to take charge, but I did ask her as I watch the toner darken my ends into like a purple undertone, if she was sure it wouldn't soak the purple. But anyway, I paid the second consult price which was 310 or 320? Priced balayage, but left with anything than what I wanted or came in with :(. They constantly preach professionalism, yet they are the first to act unprofessional, whether it's through poor communication, favoritism, or simply not respecting students' time and concerns. On top of that, the curriculum feels rushed, and students are often left to teach themselves. Questions are met with vague answers, and constructive feedback is nearly nonexistent. Instead of preparing students for success in the beauty industry, they seem more interested in pushing them through the program as quickly as possible while ignoring the real skills and experience needed. I was happy with the work and continued to come. But recently, I had an appointment, which I book in advance at the end of my each appointment. I drive 30 minutes from Brownsville to get here. I arrived and the place was locked. I sent a dm, a text, a phone call and left a message. I received no response. I waited for 25 minutes and then drove 30 minutes back home. So it ended up being a waste of 1 hr 25 minutes of my time. I received no response, definitely no reason for the "no show" , no attempt at rescheduling a new appointment. I was out of town for 2 weeks and when I got back I again attempted to get an appointment but received no response. I left it at, she's probably still out. I received no apology, I needed no apology but an attempt of rescheduling would have been nice. I waited an additional period of time and again attempted to get an appointment. This time around, she did acknowledge my attempt and gave me an appointment for the following week. The day of my appointment, I started my drive and about 15 minutes in, she text me that she had to cancel. It's 2 days later, I have been waiting for a reschedule if my appointment and I've gotten nothing. Again, I don't need an apology but a total disregard for my time and effort to be a loyal customer is so disrespectful. Needless to say, I will no longer be a customer of this establishment. I can no longer recommend it. If you value your time, please stay away from here.
