I have not gotten a haircut anywhere else since thats how much I love this place and the people. Everything you would want out of a stylist. Friendly, nice, and always the perfect haircut. The salon is always clean and they have bottled water and coffee available. TVs are on for when you wait and when you're in the chair and they also have music playing so it's never too quiet. Love that they do raffles and little things for their clients on occasion. Love this place if you're looking for a great experience and not just an in and out great clips or lady Jane's haircut this is the place to go. She gave me so many tips and tricks to try on my hair. Color me impressed haha get it? She was super sweet and talkative which I really like, it makes your experience so much better and the appointment go by faster. Now lately, time after time when I ask for an appointment after 4 pm...I get 2pm...or break up my appointment in two separate visits or two separate stylists. UPDATE 8/16/2025: As usual, everyone at the salon was friendly, warm, and attentive. Therese, especially, was WONDERFUL! She listened thoughtfully as I explained my thoughts, hair goals, and anxieties, and she worked WITHIN those parameters to create a perfect representation of everything I had hoped for! She also explained everything she was doing AS she did it, so that I could recreate the look at home later. She is AMAZING. She made me feel so taken care of that I even intend to return in a few weeks for a color consult (it will be my first time EVER coloring my hair)! 9/2023--Ashley was SOOOO good! I had no idea what I wanted to do with my AWFUL mop of limp, lifeless hair. She took the time to talk with me and get to know me, my hair, and my concerns. She gave a few suggestions, taking the time to explain everything she would be doing. As she was working, she also described what she was doing and why. Her suggestions were great, and she was VERY patient with all my stupid questions. And the haircut? It was exactly what I needed, and it suited my hair type, my age, AND my face shape perfectly! I'm so happy with it! She's amazing! UPDATE 9/2024: She has done it again!! Ashley is ALWAYS so wonderful. She pays attention to my "hair goals" AND my concerns, and she is very creative and artistic (and friendly). This time, in particular, she gave me a great consult, and when we decided on a cut together, it turned out EVEN BETTER than I could have imagined. I think this is the best cut and style I have EVER received. I've never been so pleased with my hair before! She is an artist!! UPDATE: Yup! She's batting 1000 with ANOTHER great cut! Ashley is ALWAYS amazing! Not only does she take the time to find out weekday you want she always offers PROFESSIONAL consultations, and she is so effervescent and friendly that it really elevates the experience.
