Brought my Tacoma in for inner/outer tie rods and center support bearing and they've done my wheel bearings in the past. Reasonable pricing and professional thorough work. They also provided a loaner car for free! The place seems secure so I wasn't worried about leaving my truck overnight. Steven and Paul are very friendly and transparent with prices. They only use OEM parts and have a 1 year labor and part warranty. Make sure to call for an appointment, as they are very busy with clients. Overpriced and this establishment implies that they know a lot but in reality they are basic mechanics.My legitimate Lexus mechanic proved their diagnosis to be somewhat correct but inaccurate and cost me nearly $400 only to be correctly repaired for $460 not the $1000 or more they quoted me for and no definite diagnosis. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at establishment. I was initially quoted one price, but when I went to pick up my car, the final bill was significantly higher with no clear explanation. When I questioned the discrepancy, the owner Steve was very rude and when I asked him what was his name he stated "the owner"he was also very rude to his staff (a gentleman name Paul) he was upset with Paul in regards to not giving me the exact breakdown of my correct amount that was due and he even threw paper at him. He even started cussing at me, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the owner was incredibly rude and dismissive when I tried to address the issue. Additionally, my car was left dirty inside papers all taken out my glove department and they never put it back, which only added to my frustration. I personally feel like this place is unorganized, unprofessional, rude, and they don't communicate properly. I have never felt so disrespected in my life when it came to getting my car serviced. I would strongly advise against bringing your vehicle here if you expect transparency, respect, and basic cleanliness. This experience was the worst I've ever had at a service center.
