This place doesn't fix anything... all they do is put band-Aids over problems because they're too lazy to fix the main problem.. for years my in-laws took their cars to this place and for years the owner and the mechanics have told them that there is nothing wrong with their cars, but $12,000 later two different cars have had problems and I had to take them to other locations to have fixed.. these people are crooks. My one tire was swapped out without the rotation being done citing they were too busy to do it and only the oil change being done of which I do not know how good it is. Poor show. The technician was supposed to do the notes and not the person manning the front desk. I never ever changed any tire as all 4 were purchased 2 years ago. Have a great reputation but are a terrible company. They say that they offer free estimates so I brought my Lexus in to get an estimate on Transmission replacement. Upon arrival, I was told I would be charged $80 for the diagnostic even though I already knew exactly what the problem was and just wanted an estimate for replacement. After painfully agreeing to the diagnostic fee, they called me and told me that I would have to replace the transmission and he would contact the supplier to see when he could get one. He wanted to charge $5000+ total including labor. After weeks of calling the guy who works at the front, I was told that the transmission was on backorder and wouldn't be able to get one for a couple months. I was charged a diagnostic fee for something that they can't even fix. Time and Money completely wasted. read more

I wanted to write a bad review because of all the things that happened for a rear differental on my Fj Cruiser. There was a lot of things that went wrong with the repair, Steve couldn't find the right differential. It took two weeks to order then when it arrived they found out that it wasn't the correct one. I had problems with some communication, with some of the staff I mean it was the perfect storm. I was done I literally walked, and cancelled my whole repair. I already found someone else to take my car to but Steve text me to apologise for all things that happened. He invited me back and assured me he would take care of me. He told me he was going to find the part and that I should give it another go. I really just wanted my car fixed so I trusted Steve and his team at Lexservice to help me out once more. He was able to work things out for me to get the correct part. He also provided a rental for the repair to get done and all the communication was available to help me know when the part was arriving and if it was the correct part. He even went above and beyond to even warrant the part for a year more than the standard 90 days just for all the inconvenience. Steve really proved that his shop is a step above the rest. He even promised me that we could come back for a few more things at no cost for minor things like oil changes. I want to thank him and his team for doing such a great job with my Toyota Fj Cruiser , it was a very specific job and I needed a very specific repair team and they did just that ; thank you guys at Lexservice read more

This shop is like an old-fashioned repair shop that takes the time to explain what is wrong with the car. The mechanics are well-versed in the vehicles they repair. One of the associates even assisted me in choosing tires (they don't sell tires). Each customer is treated with respect. The one downside is that customers need to make an appointment. read more

This was my first visit and I was very pleased with their service. I own an 2021 Lexus RX 350. There were no surprises. The price was exactly as quoted for the 30K service and the work well performed. My windshield wiper fluid dispenser had stopped working. The dealership wanted to charge a $215 diagnostic fee. Another time the dealership wanted to charge a $160 diagnostic fee to investigate wheel hub rust problem that Costco Tire Center brought to my attention. Toyota Corp was able to convince the dealership to waive the fee, investigate, take pictures, and write a report. Conclusion: Situation was normal. Lexservice found and fixed the hose problem. I appreciate Lexservice's professionalism and the quality of their work. Plan to have my car serviced with them. read more

These guys are straight up honest. I started using them for my Lexus hybrid when I purchased it. They are hybrid certified and use factory original parts. The rates they charge are about half what you would pay for the exact same quality at a dealer. I bought the $3500 Lexus platinum warranty at the time of purchase. I was going to cancel it but the manager talked me out of it, explaining my particular model has consistent issues with some suspension parts that need to be replaced about every 30k miles and a sizable number of vehicles need the $6000 battery replaced. That meant he would only be doing oil changes for five years. That was sound advice because I used over $7000 in warranty work. The owner and manager are usually there. I constantly hear them recommending dealers to take your car to, even though they can do the work themselves. They even have courtesy loaner cars if you schedule work. They are VERY TRUSTWORTHY. Fathers: you can send your daughters here and know they will do right by them. read more

Went to have my truck checked out and after the noise I had originally came in for was not fixed by water pump replacement, they realized it was the catalytic converter after the fact. I was disappointed that this was not addressed to begin with but after some persistence, they apologized and made sure my costs for outside replacement was covered. read more

I have been a customer for 3 years. My Lexus reached 10,000 miles in September 2021, so I took it to Lex Service. I was informed I had a broken back shock which was causing the SUV to be out of alignment. I was then advised to take the SUV to the dealer as the repair was still under warranty.
