Wasn't very impressed, an oil change with an appointment take a good 2 hours, horrible. what's the point of having an appointment?

I lost $5,800 in a month, and was treated like an asshole. Buyer beware, this business has no integrity. I bought a used car last month. They assured me they do thorough inspections and would never sell a car with issues. I was also told repeatedly the car had no issues. I was shown the CarFax. Considering it was a luxury car dealership, I felt comfortable buying the car as is. A month later (after only being driven for about 12 days and a little over a 1,000), the check engine light came on and I learned it needed a new catalytic converter and had several leaks that needed repair. I brought the $8,600 estimate in to show the salesman. I only expected them to say, "wow, that's terrible. Let's see if there is anything we can do," or "let us take a look at it and see if we can repair it for cheaper," or "that's too bad, but that sometimes happens with new cars. How about a trade-in?" Instead, the salesperson immediately scurried away to get his 20-year-old manger, who shrugged and said, "how is that our problem?" Eventually, the GM, Jeremy Mertes came out, and said, "it's a used car, what would you expect if you bought this on Craigslist?" I looked around and had to remind him we were in a luxury car dealership. The GM said there was no way for them to know about the bad catalytic converter. I asked them if they scan their incoming cars. He said they scan all of the cars that come into their dealership and the ones that don't meet their standards go to auction and the good ones they sell. He said their records showed no issue with the catalytic converter. I asked him for a copy of the scan record. He then said they only use handheld scanners on non-Lexus vehicles and there is no record of the scan. I asked him to speak to the mechanic who conducted the scan, and he said, "that's not happening." He just kept saying it's not his problem, and never displayed any type of empathy or understanding. I finally just asked him if he'd buy the car back. He immediately said yes, jumped up, and came back with the same offer he claimed he made to the original owners. The whole thing gave me the sense that at best, they're incredibly sloppy with their inspections. At worst they're the worst type of car salesmen possible: fraudsters. I won't be going back, and would encourage you to find another more reputable business. It was a $5,800 lesson for me to always do an independent mechanic inspection when buying a car, even from a place that sells Lexus. Finally, don't buy a 2014 Volvo XC60 from them. I purchased a Lexus from Lexus Maplewood. I have absolutely no complaints about the car itself--it has been excellent in every way. However, I feel compelled to share my experience regarding the additional coverage plan I purchased at the time of sale. I paid nearly $2,500 for this plan, expecting it to offer full protection, especially based on how it was explained by the staff. I was told that the coverage included the whole body, engine, and pretty much everything else. Fast forward two years, I noticed a scratch on my wheel cap. Since I had this premium coverage, I assumed it would be covered. But when I called, I was told wheel cap damage is not included in the plan. This was disappointing, especially since I drive short distances and expected more transparency around what's actually covered. If I had known that common, minor cosmetic issues like this wouldn't be included, I would have reconsidered the value of the plan. I just want to caution future buyers: please ask very specific questions and get everything in writing before purchasing any coverage plans. In hindsight, I don't feel it was worth the cost, and I wouldn't recommend purchasing one. read more

Overall OK - sales people were fine, but when you do make a decision to buy wish that they would ask if there is any interest in ad ins before the hard sell. I still believe that all dealers misrepresent the "law" - the truth is that by "law" you can reject any/all offers for ad ins, but they spin it that they must present their offers (because the dealership requires them to present them). Overall, makes me dislike going to any dealership... They tried to play a few games to add cost to final price as well. Again, the old school dealership approach feel really turns me off. Dealership location is challenging. Hard to find a place to park when you visit. read more

BEWARE Ladies! No integrity! The finance department is absolutely shady, especially Frank! Women, don't buy a vehicle from this "high end" dealership unless you're coming in with a man, are bringing cash for OTD costs, or have a check from your bank/credit union. The finance department men like to pretend to build rapport while stabbing you in the back with their velvet gloves. Prepare to be swindled out of thousands with fraudulent charges and unethical, coercive sales tactics. They will claim to have the lowest rates, but don't fall for it. Go with your credit union/bank and do NOT open your credit to be ran for "better rates". It's a scam. It's been 3 weeks since I got my Lexus and I still don't have a definite OTD cost, warranty, gap coverage or insurance. They claim to have the consumer's best interest in mind, but they WILL NOT listen to you and consider your legitimate concerns/wants. I absolutely will not buy my next Lexus from them. They are an absolute joke. note: the sales rep HJ was a gem-- gave me space, let me test drive in peace, didn't apply pressure, and did real time extra research with other Lexus's I was considering. I'm talking strictly about the indifference and manipulation tactics of the sales management team! They know what they're doing! Don't fall for it; they aren't you're friends. Buyer beware on any used car from these guys. We purchased a used 2011 Nissan Maxima for here less than 2 months ago, paying right at book value for the car and the transmission just went. They claimed their mechanics had looked it over and it was in great condition. They are unwilling to offer any help with it at all. Just a "oh gosh too bad, so sad." Make sure if you purchase a used vehicle from these guys that you get an independent mechanic to look over the car. read more

It was time for my wife to get a new car. After 2 years of research she chose on a Lexus. We met Christian who was friendly, not pushy, has a warm persona and made you feel comfortable in the process. The process was very easy and Christian made the experience special. "Meh" -- That's the best word I can use to describe my experience purchasing a brand new 2023 Lexus IS 350 F Sport from Lexus of Maplewood in December 2023. I have been a Lexus owner since November 2022, when I purchase my first Lexus IS 350 F Sport from Lexus of Seattle. Now living in Minnesota, I decided to trade in my 2022 Lexus for a brand spanking new, gorgeous blue IS 350 F Sport, which had all the bells and whistles I was looking for; it was truly the sports car of my dreams. Not only that, my first experience purchasing a Lexus in Seattle was fantastic -- from the sales professional to finance to service and right down to the general manager himself, my first experience as a Lexus owner blew me away. Expecting the same at Lexus of Maplewood, I would wind up disappointed, frustrated and as though I just left a used car lot. My sales professional, whose name I will not mention out of respect for his privacy, was lackluster at best. He had zero enthusiasm or energy for selling me on this brand new car, that I almost gave up and went elsewhere. Often, when asked questions about the vehicle or financing or other things, while I understand he is not knowledgeable in every aspect of the dealership, his responses left me with little confidence and little excitement throughout the process. In fact, my sales professional spent littlr to virtually minimal time with me going through the tech and other features of the vehicle the night I took it home. (I still don't know all the upgrades and tech features of my new car; I guess I'll snuggle up with the owner's manual.) The night I purchased and took home the vehicle, it was not fully detailed, which meant I needed to bring it back to the dealership for them to detail it to perfection. This was not a problem, because I was also having the windows tinted and a few other things done to the car, which meant I had to bring it back to the dealership, anyhow. Again, this was not an issue. It would have been nice if the car had been fully detailed at the time of delivery. They did make up for it by giving me an amazing loaner, without making me fuel up the vehicle for the gas I had used while I used the loaner. Trying to coordinate the pick up time after my vehicle was tinted and a clear mask put on was tedious. My sales professional, in my opinion, lacked communication and follow through when I let him know I would be in Bloomington, at the opposite end of the metro from Lexus of Maplewood, the morning the vehicle would be ready. There was no confirmation text from him the morning the vehicle should have been ready, which meant I had to reach out to him and confirm it would be ready when promised. I received apologies profusely. Still, I remained disappointed at the lack of communication. The best part (and I say this facetiously) was continuing to receive a sales text messages asking me about my interest in buying the exact vehicle I had already purchased -- sales pitches and text from the manager himself at Lexus of Maplewood. I also received calls from Lexus of Wayzata, asking me if I was still interested in purchasing one of their cars. When I brought this to the attention of my sales professional, by way of a text message to him, he apologized and said he spoke to his manager about it. I was told that anything to do with Lexus Wayzata, I would need to follow up on that myself directly with Wayzata. To me, while I understand that they are two different dealerships, telling me to call Lexus of Wayzata to stop their sales texts and calls - after just purchasing a $60,000+ vehicle from Lexus of Maplewood -- seemed a bit lazy and sort of like giving me the middle finger now that they're done selling me a car. I will say that the finance manager who did all my finance paperwork, he was an absolute pleasure and delight to work with. I enjoyed his enthusiasm. Overall, I was sorely disappointed with the entire process of purchasing my second brand new Lexus. Would I recommend Lexus of Maplewood to you? This dealership had turned into chaos..!! They used to be so efficient and now they play games and did a surprise cost of 699.00 for window tint that we did not request! It was already on the car fax done before we bought it..We were jacked around and no one seemed to understand or care when we brought up these issues..We paid cash for this used lexus ..should have been a simple in and out deal..but there was no licsense plate added and we had to come back and waited 2 hours and finally spoke to someone who didnt know what was going on..I dont want to deal with this place anymore.. I would recommend not to use there service other than normal maintenance since their supposed master mechanic's don't know how to do there job of inspections. My car had been brought there after hitting a curb, which resulted in 2 flat tires on the same side of the vehicle, so they proceeded to replace the tires and sent me on my way, with it making a loud sound driving and the steering wheel off center slightly. Afterwards I come to find out that I also had a bent barring in the front tire and the master mechanic didn't hear the loud sound the car was making while driving and didn't suggest there was anything else wrong with the car. When I brought it back for service because the whole car was shaking violently at higher speeds and was told I should've asked for an alignment. WHAT?? Isn't it the mechanic job to check it out and let me know if there's anything other than repairs needed, in this case I guess not! Then they come back and tell me that both front tires are down to the cords and I should put in a claim to my insurance and I told them this happened over 8 months ago and I wasn't going to make a claim since now it had all sorts of damage underneath that it would cost me $12,000 to fix. They did reduce the price to $9,000 since I wasn't gong to put in a claim for the repairs they should have seen in the 1st place! I tired to get a new car with the same equipment, but they didn't have any on the lot and couldn't find one. I expanded my request and they had a higher model coming in but was told they wouldn't negotiate until it was closer to being available and after thinking about it over a weekend, I call right away the next business day to say I wanted it, but it had been traded over the weekend. So 3 months later still no new car and I was tired of waiting I decided to buy a car from a different make of car that was a 2026 at a different dealership. You need to hire master mechanic's that know how to do their job and improve your dealership so you're able to get new cars that people are requesting. I've driven Lexus for many years and I've never been so upset and disappointed in this dealership until now. And the out come was me paying lots of money for repairs and having to find another car at a different dealership that actually makes their cars in the US and was able to get me what I wanted within 2 weeks. Had a battery replace in Sept 2020. Invoice said aLexus battery was installed. Took my car into the Lexus dealership in Florida two days ago since the battery was low. They said they could not prorate it since the battery that was bad was a Toyota battery. We only have service done at the Lexus dealership so how come a Toyota battery was installed? After texting and speaking to "Greg" my husband and I drove 3 1/2 hours to this dealership to look at a used RX 350. They bait and switched the offer 3 times!!! So completely dishonest and frankly terrible customer service. We spoke briefly about how much my trade in would be worth and I said I couldn't take less than $5,000 or I would just sell my car privately and not make the trip. I was encouraged to come down as there was "other people interested" so my husband and I packed up and made the trip. We test drove their car and they drove ours. We sat down to discuss numbers and he offered us $2,500!!! When we said there's no way we would take that offer, he said he was going to go get out keys. Came back and said he spoke to the manager, and they would give us $4,000 now but then told us about some window tinting that had not been included for $699!!!!! When I said it was a deal for the $4,000 but no way would we pay the $699... he went to talk to the manager again, came back and said it was a no go. I'm so disgusted and angry! I can't remember the last time I was treated that way and the dishonest behavior is frankly appalling. Not only would I never buy a car from them..... I would never recommend them for anything. OH FORGOT, they "accidently" had the original price written on the invoice for us to sign at $500 more than the asking price but we caught that mistake right away! I was sent to have my vehicle repaired here after the non-Lexus dealership I purchased my vehicle from needed repairs and they agreed to pay the expense. In the long run, they backed out, leaving me to pick up my vehicle and bring it back to them. Ali, the service consultant and Mike welcomed me, getting me in a loaner, and providing the estimate of repairs needed. Upon returning the loaner and picking up my vehicle, I burst into tears from the stress of the whole situation. Ali was very comforting, and offered a hug and a shoulder to cry on. I know if I ever were to need repair services this dealership takes care of it's customers. So much has changed with Covid, that it's nice to feel the genuine caring and concern they have for you which you don't see anymore. I have been trying to reach out to him for about 2 to 3 months now and in that time period the only one who has been there to help me and my family with any questions or concerns is Christian. I have been leaving voicemails and have been calling Silvio but yet again continue to get no answer or even some type of response from him. It is getting out of hand now. I am reaching out to you as the manager due to the actions Silvio has taken. One of his first propose he promised was regarding a vehicle I have with no title. He told us he has a lady who'm he works on the low with situations like that and promised us he would help us get a title for the vehicle even if it took him coming with us to the dmv to speak to that certain lady.  Before any agreement or deal was made with Silvio, his last propose he promised was he'd be able to help us refinance with no cost after 6months has passed. We also asked him more than twice if he was sure about the no cost on refinancing,  he told us he was 100% sure and said himself he'd be able to help us out himself.  After the sale was complete, we kept on trying to find a day where Silvio could help us out with the title situation. THAT DAY NEVER CAME. Little by little he would stop answering to the point where my dad had enough and asked him if he was still willing to help if not, we would have to find a solution. He later then wrote my dad back saying there is nothing he can do and none of the things he told us the day of the sale would be happening besides him helping us refinance with no cost. Since the day of the purchasement he has treated us nothing but very poorly disregarding me and my family's feelings and devaluating us after dropping 68,000!  Silvio could care less about his clients. We stopped wasting our time contacting him until the time has come to refinance the vehicle. i AM STILL TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF HIM TILL THIS DAY in regards of the refinance, We don't care about the situation about my other vehicle with the lost title. He lied to get what he wanted so be it we are over that. We are just trying to figure out this refinance situation because i have been trying to since last month but they are quoting me for about 6k to 7k, Which is why i am trying to get in contact with Silvio. My family and i aren't racist but knowing it was going to be a Mexican closing the sale out we would have never gone. Not because of being racist but of the experiences we've had with these types of people lie to get what they want and that's exactly what Silvio did. I seen the cameras that are in each office YOU as MANAGER can easily see the day of the sale how much of a tramp Silvio is. If we were to take this to court, you have no other option but to provide those documents and footages which you will definitely have to. AVOID LEXUS OF MAPLEWOOD! The lease was coming due on my Luxury SUV and I decided to buy a Lexus. Reached out to the salesperson who we had bought a Lexus from a year before (he did a great job). I found the SUV I wanted on their website (fully loaded) but he advised it was being built. I offered to pay a deposit for it, he told me not necessary so I waited several weeks and as it approached arriving he sent me texts with the delivery dates, shipping information, etc. When it arrived he called me to come look at it and I noticed it didn't have the all weather mats or mud guards as described on the invoice. He took care of it so I didn't think anything of it. I purchased the car along with a 10 year warranty (as I considered it my long term care). I drove it home and noticed when sitting in the sun it had swirls all over the paint so they came to pick it up, gave me a nice loaner and redid it. They delivered it back to me 3 days later and I drove it and noticed when I pulled into a parking spot the panoramic camera wasn't there. I texted my salesperson and he said it didn't have it due to supply chain issues. I still had the printout of of the window sticker of the car I initially thought I was purchasing which had the panoramic and compared it to the window sticker of the one I actually purchased only to find out they 'switched' cars and never told me. I was furious as they didn't tell me and sold me a different car. I called the General Manager but he wouldn't take my call so I talked to the new Sales Manager who told me to send him all the texts the salesperson sent me which I did. Crickets..he never responded. I tried calling - no response. I sent another email - no response. I will never buy a car from them nor refer them to anyone. They totally did a bait and switch on me! UPDATE - I took my SUV to Lexus Wayzata to fix a couple of issues and told the service manager the story of what happened through the sales process by Maplewood. By then my SUV had 4000 miles on it. Later that afternoon I received a call from one of their top salespeople, Val, and he gave me close to what I paid for my vehicle and was able to find one exactly like I initially thought I was getting. I was in my new SUV within 3 days of going into Lexus Wayzata. They are all about SERVICE and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION unlike Lexus of Maplewood. Go to Lexus of Wayzata and ask for Val!!!! read more

Brought my ES350 in for tire pressure sensor problems caused by an independent tire dealer. Told them to save any old sensors as the tire shop would refund my $90 if I brought them back. Maplewood forgot. I have $90 credit now. A few weeks later, brought the car back for a front end vibration. 10+ year Lexus tech spent a day and half only to determine I needed a $6400 transmission. So I bought my wife a certified pre-owned RX 350. Then brought the ES350 to my independent shop and in less that 2 hours they determined the right front CV axle had a bad bearing. Fixed for less that $300. Perfect now. Saved $6400 on a non-fix. Got all my money back for that mess from Maplewood. Got the certified pre-owned RX home and found: Oil was changed but overfilled (and they forgot to reset the dash light indicator which lit after one week). Left rear tail light was out. Washer fluid was nearly empty. Hood and rear hatch gas springs needed to be replaced. No key for the locking lug nuts. Two tire pressure sensors had low battery and needed to be replaced. Car's battery was weak and needed replacement. I paid the premium price for "Certified" pre-owned. All I got was an oil change and car wash. Horrible experience! They just don't care. read more

It was as painless and enjoyable experience as I could have hoped for. I dealt primarily with the General Manager, Jeremy Mertes, who was fantastic to work with. What was most impressive with the dealership was the leadership that Jeremy provided trickled down to the whole staff. Everyone I came in contact with from top to bottom were professional, friendly, efficient and, most importantly, fast. It was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Made an appt for a simple Lexus Enform update to be made so I could use the remote feature for the winter months. Spent a week on pending status to be told by Enform the dealership needed to do the update. Called dealership and tech guy told me update would be free. Show up for appt to be told by customer service person it would be at least $165 to run it minimum. This is the kind of service constantly at this dealership. Won't be buying a Lexus every again due to their outdated tech and updates. Plus the interior of the dealership feels outdated like it's straight out of 1995. read more

**Beware** This dealership is not be be trusted. They care more about ripping people off than helping their long time customers. I went in because my check engine light was on. They charged me $150 just to run a diagnostic, then they wanted an additional $500 to replace a $80 sensor. I took it to another mechanic and they laughed at what the dealership was going to charge me. This is not the first time they have tried to scam me. Last summer, my airbag light came on and they told me it would be around $700 to replace the part. A couple months later, I was backed into by another vehicle and the body shop I took my car to said the airbag was unplugged and there was nothing wrong with it. When I voiced my concerns, they promised a manager would call me. I waited almost two weeks and have heard nothing. They take advantage of women here. Women beware - not a safe place to buy a car!!!! I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Lexus of Maplewood and it was one of the worst experiences I have encountered. I am a licensed mental health provider, which makes this even more aggravating as I expected to be treated like a business woman buying a luxury vehicle, with respect and integrity. From the start of my entering the finance office with Silvio, I was "hit on" and harassed repeatedly. Telling me I was beautiful, calling me sweetheart, saying we should get coffee sometime and asking me a lot of personal questions to distract me from the contract process. He ended up putting a $3650 extended warranty and a $399 dent/paint coverage into the contract without telling me. When I reviewed my paperwork at home, I noticed the charges. I called the dealership and spoke with Silvio to ask what the charge of $3650 was for. He said that it was an extended warranty and didn't I remember him talking to me about it? I said, "no you never discussed this with me." He said - "remember I said that it would be a good idea in case there was a mechanical problem with the car, it would save you money". I again said, "no you never discussed that with me". He said, "well I have been doing this a long time and we talked about a lot of things that day, so maybe you don't remember", which was gaslighting me. I said, "no, I would remember $3650 - that I would not forget. And you also did not speak to me about the paint and dent protection". He said - "well I gave it to you at cost!" Like that made a difference. Oh, just rob me, but do it at cost and it's ok. I told him that he never went over things with me line by line and he never showed me brochures of the coverage or the pricing or asked for my agreement. Then he said, "why don't you come in then and we will go over things line by line. When can you come in?" I said I have time this afternoon and asked - "what if I want this taken off my contract?" He paused kind of shocked and said "it's unlimited mile coverage for an extra year." I said, "I don't want the coverage". He said "well come on in and we can go over things". We set up a time to meet later that day. Meanwhile, I get a call from my salesperson, as he was told I have questions about my contract. I explain how I was charged for something I did not know about and that I was not taken through the paperwork line by line. He tells me that they have a Lexus survey they want a perfect score on and that they want to make sure I am happy - that he has the sales manager on the call and they want me to know they will make things right. I arrive at the dealership to meet with Silvio and he is with another client. I am told to wait in the lounge. I am there at least 15 minutes before someone comes to get me to take me to his office - like he is so important. I enter his office and he says "Lauren sweetheart, sit down." I said nothing. He shows me the paper I signed and says "you signed this." I tell him - "you never showed me that paper, (I had signed electronically) you never explained that coverage - you never brought out brochures for me to look at. I do not want this coverage - that is a lot to pay for only one year of coverage and I don't want it." He then says - "no it's actually 2 years of coverage." I said, "I still don't want it - I want it removed from the contract." He says - "what if my manager discounts the coverage?" I said, "I don't know how he could discount it enough for me to want it." He says, "well let me just go get him - he wants to meet you anyways." He comes back with the sales manager (the one who I was told wanted to make things right) - the sales manager then asks how things are going and I tell him I want the charge taken off my contract. He then offers to discount it $1000 - to give it to me at cost. He says he can see he is making it difficult for me to say no (more gaslighting). I again state that "no, I don't want it." He and Silvio proceed to bully me by saying I should just do the right thing and keep the coverage for the dealership's reputation. Wow - really? I say, "no." Then Silvio tells me my payment won't go down just because I am cancelling the warranty - like a threat. I say - "that makes no sense if the loan goes down." He says "if I take the warranty with the discount, he could reduce my payment $20, but if I don't, my payment will stay the same. Wow. Again, I say "no I don't want it" and that the term of the loan should then be less and he agrees. He fills out a form to cancel the coverage. I have to ask for the new loan amount and write it down myself as he does not give me an updated loan document. I clarify that if I call Toyota Financial and ask for my loan amount, it will show this new balance and he agrees. What a complete nightmare. Harassed, bullied, gaslighted and charged for something without my permission - and I just wanted to buy a car. read more

To start off I have to say: Lexus is completely the best and only luxury brand to look for. We've owned Audi, BMW, Lincoln & Mercedes-Benz brands in the past and we will never go back to any of them. They cannot touch the base features (power seats, led lights all the way around, many more) and charge you extra for these. On top is the reliability Lexus offers that basically nobody can touch. Next on our experience: We just purchased our 6th Lexus and our first one buying here in Maplewood. I do have to say the experience was the best ever. The dealership was clean, the staff was friendly, the sales people were professionals but not pushy. We worked with Greg in used car sales and we would recommend everyone possible to him and return to him in the future. Lexus has so many things going for them, and on top of that the experience in Maplewood blew us away. We still are talking about how much we loved dealing with them 2 days after we took delivery of the car. We did purchase pre-owned and the car was 99% when we came and looked at it. The 3 minor cosmetic things we pointed out they polished and cleaned in less than 24 hours of us looking at the car to get it ready for us to pick up, and even scheduled an appointment. I cannot say enough good. If you're in the market for a used car, L/Certified car, or new Lexus, it's worth your while to make your stop at this dealership as they will bend over backwards to help you in any way they can. read more

I purchased a 2015 Lexus RX350 certified preowned in 2019. I was looking for a good deal, I found the car on the auto trader website. The best thing about the dealership is that they stayed late the night I bought the car. That was appreciated. Otherwise, I have nothing good to say. As we drove our car in the following weeks, more and more and more damaged and tough looking areas showed up. The interior is a light gray leather. The heated leather front seats had some sort of paint applied to the bottom part of the seat, which promptly peeled off to reveal the discolored leather it was applied over. Also there was a almost 8 inch long cut in the center of the leather in the back seat I discovered the next morning after buying it. Nice. The paint had many defects that showed back up after a few washes. I am not picky, usually I will ignore these things because my kids are probably going to destroy it anyway, but the issues kept adding up! The rear cargo cover I was given was not the correct one for the car.... the clips that attach to the back seat were not correct. It sat in my garage for a year, then went in the trash. The complimentary maintenance is a waste of time. We tried to get the car serviced at Lexus of Wayzata, but it was a HUGE hassle. They're always booked for months just to change oil! Could not take the car to Christmas out of state because we couldn't get the oil changed, we tried booking before thanksgiving, didn't happen. I was not going to pay someone else when it was supposed to be included. I Had to drop the car off for the day and get a loaner most times. Then when we pick it up, they pointed out the 3 grand mystery damage on the front bumper lower valance. It could've been me hitting a snow drift, but I just don't know. But 3k to fix. Then after all of this, car won't start one morning. Battery cables very corroded. I Just cleaned them up and put protective grease on, but shouldn't they do that for you on a certified preowned Lexus?! These guys make GM look okay. From now on, I'll skip the Lexus hype and stick to the new Ford vehicles. Yea, they're not better vehicles, but I like the service better, and ford is an American company. I may as well have kept my trade and bought a Lexus on eBay. Would have been more satisfied. read more

The dealership sent me an unscrupulous mailing threatening me if I don't purchase an extended warranty by a specified date. This is for a less than 2 year old car that is still under warranty. I expect these shenanigans from junk companies, not the dealership. Shame. read more
