They even cleaned the dust out of the air vents and shifted the car into drive to properly clean the leather around the gear selector. That is attention most places would never even think about. There was not a single speck of dust under the seats or anywhere in the carpets. The headlight restoration alone was worth it. They removed the oxidized clear coat and applied Kevin's own blend of sealant, and the headlights look brand new. You can tell this takes real skill and dedication, not just someone rushing through cars. What really impressed me was how careful they are. I watched a towel get dropped and it immediately went straight into the wash. No shortcuts. No laziness. Just pure professionalism. The crew is friendly, efficient, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Even on a busy Sunday morning with about ten cars ahead of me, they finished in just a few hours. When I arrived, the vacuum area was incredibly busy, but the manager was doing an amazing job actively directing traffic and navigating the lines smoothly. Around 3 bays open in the vacuum area, you have to exit the car wash, go on the main road then go into the drive to the car wash to get to the vacuum area. Have an Hyundai Elantra, the car wash didn't wash the rear window and bumper well, had to hand wash when I got to the vacuum area. Didn't have the disinfectant and window spray at my bay but borrowed the bottles next to my bay. Plenty of clean towels at the bottom of the collection box but they are damp, thankfully they don't smell of mildew. Staff is good about picking up the used microfiber towels and refilling the bottles. Minimal scent on both. You vacuum you own floor mats at the vacuum area. I wish they had a mat cleaning machine like other car washes. You just feed it through a machine at the top and it rolls out the bottom. I want to go on Wednesday and get a buy one and get one free on the Extreme wash. That looks like a good deal. W San Carlos is a busy street, takes a while to enter and leave. Less than a mile from Hwys 87 and 280. I would use the car wash again.

After two gas station car washes were closed, I came here out of desperation. Why. Haven't. I. Come. Here. Sooner??? There's a clear sign posted near the payment kiosk in each bay that walks you through each step with infographics. Basically, you turn the dial on the payment kiosk to each function in the order listed and it turns on that function (high pressure soap, foam brush, high pressure rinse, low pressure wax, rinse again, dry). You do that step, check the infographic, switch the dial, and do the next step. + They have a card reader at EACH payment kiosk. Works like a charm. + They have a clear timer that shows the number of minutes you have left so you can check at any time and regulate how fast you're going. The timer sounds an ongoing chime at 60 seconds to let you know you need to hustle. + Pressure is outstanding. Honestly, I thought this made washing the car hella fun. (Never thought I would say this.) + Everything just works! The setup is super efficient and each piece of equipment worked without fail. Not sure why I ever paid up to $16 for car washes at gas stations. Also, given that we have two EV's, will be visiting Rainbow much more regularly.
