That is not an unlimited plan -- that is a conditional plan disguised as unlimited. A business should either honor the plain language of its offer or disclose all material limits clearly. I used to love this place, but the last few times I've gone it has not been nearly as good. I paid for the full shee-bang monthly package, and I would go out of my way to take my car over there, (it's not the closest to me by a long shot) Because the wash usually got my car spotless and they did a hand dry. They don't do the hand dry anymore, but are sure as heck still charging me for a package that includes it without telling me they were removing that service. And the machine does not seem to be doing the full wash I am paying for, the coating they are supposed to be doing for the amount I pay have visible results (like water beading up etc.) that are no longer happening, PLUS half the time there's some issue going on with the gates. Also, their camera reader does not read my plates any more and they had to put a sticker in my window. (This happened when I got my disabled plates, so I don't know if it can't read those or what is going on there) It used to be worth the drive, but it just isn't anymore. Gonna have to cancel my plan. read more

They sell you a monthly plan then take away the dryer service. Why do you need hand dryers? Because this janky car wash does NOT dry your car. It blows air for like ten seconds. If you don't hand dry it, why bother washing it? It will just get dirt caked on your wet car. They loan clean towels but only 2 small ones. So if you want to clean your car, you'll need both just to dry it. Not worth the price, since they leave your car soaked. read more

Sure, it was always half dried after but still helped. I always parked and hand dried after and vacuum afyer anyway. Lately, they have increased their pricing and honestly, service has been getting worse. They let go of people hand drying now causing a whole line of people waiting in the maybe 10 bays to dry. Also, im not sure if their machine isnt working right anymore or they are really skimping out their clients but when the cars enter now, it doesnt spray the car down anymore. Barely any water/soap going. Its almost dry rubbing the car and scratching it more than a normal express wash would. You can tell that even the exit of the wash is almost too dry now unlike how it was before where the path all the way to the street was wet. Whatever the pre spray they hand spray your car when entering also is almost too acidic or whatever causing stains,fading and discoloration on plastic parts of the car. You can tell too because the mainly only spray the driver's side and that's the side we have all these discolorations. The unlimited plan used to be semi worth it but definitely not anymore. I recently started going to this car wash, as it was a very good deal and also the location is the most convenient for me and my partners needs. It is great that they have an add an additional vehicle for a great rate. My partner's car had a license plate that the machine couldn't read great. They were able to attach a sticker. That was very nice. The machine picks up my license plate every time and i'm impressed. The wash was pretty good. I like how the vehicle conveyer is the newer type that does not scratch your rims. Note that the car wash does not have the roller that cleans the hood and roof of your vehicle. The person hand drying at the end, i feel could use some help at busier hours. As sometimes the vehicle doesn't get too dry The vacuums were great, and the mat cleaner was good. The location where the vacuums are could be alittle bigger as getting out can be alittle difficult but they are limited in space due to the gas station. Overall pretty great value for the price. This was a really good car wash. Now it is an average car wash. They used to dry the car. Now they do not. You used to be able to use the vacumns for free and I suppose technically you still can but its no longer quick and you have to wait for 30 minutes for one to free up. They used to have rags you could use to help out cleaning the interior. Now they are gone. So they had a good thing going, oversold it and then reduced the offering. Basically the downfall of every car wash in the area. I will still use it when convenient but not going to drive past any other one though Now like I was doing as they are now in the same category of average car wash with the rest of them. read more

I used to have a membership here for car washes until twice my side mirror on my brand new vehicle had deep scratches under drivers side side mirror first time happened I wasn't sure how then I paid had replaced second time it happened I discovered it happened ed twice to my car going through this car wash so I cancelled membership I had membership for a long time also used to have very nice guys at end of the wash to hand dry your car suddenly they dint anymore so prices should be reduced that was a huge part of the car wash drive thru get dried now drive thru dry yourself ??? Pay same price?? Also more than half the time I would go through and the car wash and I'd want to vacuum my car. There was no empty spots, and I would end up having to leave without vacuuming my car which I thought was part of the membership as well and they also never have dry dry clean towels if you don't have your own since they don't have the drying people drying your car anymore. read more

A great place that completely went downhill. They used to have a guy drying your car after you get out and they not only removed him but they speed it up the amount of time that your car spends inside the wash so it doesn't come out as clean. Also, the guy hosing down the car used to do a really good job on all sides and the wheels. Now they just do a wishy-washy job upfront pretending they're doing something. They used to give you a towel to clean your car afterwards or dry it down but now that's gone. When you ask for help most people look at you like they don't understand English or pretend to. Just took my wife's car there to wash and all the bird stuff was still on it, and I wiped it down with these wet wipes. read more

My experience at this location is always disappointing.I have observed employees behaving unprofessionally, including putting their feet on the counter, which is unacceptable and unsanitary-along side the inside smelling like fart. Additionally, the store advertises 24-hour service, yet it has repeatedly been closed and empty during times it should be open. This inconsistency is frustrating and misleading. What they lack in actual car wash quality, they make up for by having a really strong vacuum and towels available for use. They also have a blow duster that works great. I had a good experience here, after Yelp reviews led me to last-minute skip Lozano's. (About that: when I lived down here over a decade ago, Lozano's was a wonderful institution - a fast way to get a high quality interior car cleaning and exterior car wash along with maybe some ribs and popcorn - but it looks like they struggle to clean a car in a reasonable amount of time now.) Anyway, this place is quasi-Lozano's in its experience. However, you (not the workers) drive your car thru the exterior cleaning machine ($20 or so by itself), then if you paid for full service ($35 including machine) a worker will vacuum and clean the interior and hand finish the exterior after. I opted for full service and it went reasonably well. I had to wait a few minutes in a parking spot for the interior since there were only two workers doing interiors, and with only one of them working on my car at a time, it seemed to take at least 20 additional minutes. The outdoor waiting area wasn't exactly nice but it was reasonably clean. The indoor area is under renovation and didn't smell the best, but it did have a bathroom for customers. I'd be back and might opt for full service again if there's no other customers ahead. read more

However, when I arrived today, I was informed that they no longer offer this service. It was disappointing as I was not informed beforehand via a text message. When I reached out to the owner (616-947-8478) to inquire about when this change occurred, I was met with resistance and he even used inappropriate language by calling me a "terrorist". Such behavior is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. In the customer service industry, it is important to show empathy and understanding towards customers. Had a basic car wash, nothing to complain about, However, at the drive thru kiosk, I noticed a 25 monthly subscription plan, it wasn't available on the menu and I had cars behind me, so ordered one basic wash. After the wash, went inside the store, explained to the person at the front desk if I can switch the wash to an unlimited money plan. He thought for few seconds but seemed lazy to do that so he asked me when is the next time I will be for me next wash! I replied don't really know, may be a week or two. He replied next time to come over show me this recipe and I'll switch you to a monthly plan. I replied back, can you switch me now, and I'll Pay the difference. He answered no, it's much easier for me to do that cause next time you are here cause I'll have to void this transaction. I replied why not void the transaction now and charge me for the money subscription. He seemed starting to get annoyed and answered come back next time and I will switch it for you. It's clear he doesn't want to work, and definitely I'm not coming back again cause I'm not going to beg the next person to switch my previous was to a monthly plan. The website says 34.95 but the drive through pushes $15/$18/$20 pricing per wash. The higher rates indicate addl waxing- but i don't see any wax being applied. The wash is abysmally short- less than one-fifth of that at Lozano's. Vaccum's have very wide intakes- that are not useful for any deep cleaning whatsover- and one is expected to be out in the hot weather- vacuuming the car. the business is essentially a click bait. read more

I usually wait for the rain to wash my car, cuz having a clean vehicle just isn't a priority for me or worth my valuable time. But I couldn't resist this sweet deal, especially with all the layers of dirt I had piled on. FREE exterior wash (for first timers), plus free vacuum access. Yup, I took advantage. And it's quick and easy, you don't even need to get out of your car (for the exterior wash), just drive up, they even have someone after you exit the tunnel to dry your car with towels and avoid those streaks... I don't care about this, but I know it makes a difference for some people. You do have to get out of your car to use the vacuums though, cuz it's self service. FYI, vacuum suction is pretty weak (at least the ones I used), and the wide nozzle won't fit into small spaces/crevices inside your car... but again, it's free, so who cares. The promotion for first timers is cool, but I don't think it's worth paying $15+ as you can get a cheaper basic automatic car wash at Chevron and other gas stations, with similar quality. Paid $15 for a car wash but one the spinning washers that cleans the side of the car wasn't spinning or working, so that side of my car didn't get cleaned. I told the person at the end of the car wash that it wasn't working and he just said "yeah. Sometimes they don't work." I'm glad I don't have a membership and wish that I didn't waste $15. Oh well. This is my favorite car wash to go to! I usually get the Platinum Car Wash for $20 and my car always comes out looking spotless and brand new. I always get compliments on how shiny my car looks. While this is a drive-thru car wash it is definitely one of the better ones that I have gone too. Other will still have your car looking dirty but not here. Also at the end of the car wash there is someone there to hand dry/wipe your car. They do have a self service area to vacuum your car, clean your mats and such but I've yet to utilize those amenities as it usually crowded. I definitely will when I get my next wash. They also have a monthly deal for unlimited car washes which I might end up getting. Overall this is a nice car wash and the prices aren't too bad as well. When you compare this location (would rate at most 2 stars) to the one in the Morgan Hill (would rate 5 stars) you just can't compare. Won't be back to this location. Positive -Location -They wipe down your car right after you get out of the car wash. If you don't want to vacuum, super convenient to then quickly be done. Negative (Frequent customer of the Morgan Hill location and have never run into any of these issue) -Pushy/ rude sales associate when I was choosing my car wash. Literally had just pulled up & rolled down my window to view the options. He yelled if I needed help. I said no, he said only 3 options & yelled the pricing but that's it. I said I just need a second & he seemed really annoyed. -Only 5 stalls to use the vacuum & had to wait in line for 15 minutes for a free one. -No clean towels, let the guy know and 10 minutes later there still were no towels. -Two of the vacuums kept having the nozzles fall off. Me & the cars next to me were trading off on using. -When the guy was wiping down my car, apparently my license plate had partially come off during the car wash & he didn't mention anything. read more

Zip Thru is great for first time customers! Your first wash is free! I called the number to confirm, and they said just let the attendant know when you get there that it is your first time. When I got there, Bazil was the attendant. I let him know it was my first time and I had called about the free first wash. I believe he took down my license plate, and let me through. The wash is standard. Huge benefit here is the free vacuum usage after! So if you wanted to do some self-cleaning, definitely good value! I'll be back as a paying customer next time I need a wash! I almost got into a car accident TWICE here... There have been a lot of newbies who've never been through a car wash before. They don't know how to put their Tesla/car in neutral and they STOP inside! In their defense, the conveyor belt does not do enough to push the car all the way out to exit. I always have to tap my gas a bit and I still have to be extra careful cause the exit is on a curve. They need a sign telling newbies to shift back to D and drive forward to the towel drying station. The sensors did work to stop/slow the belt but I could still see the car in back slowly approaching and my approaching the stopped car in front! No lights and alarms go off in these scenarios. It didn't seem like the workers were aware or fully responded with urgency because of this. It's scary cause you're confined in and you can barely see anything most of the time I had to honk because nothing was being done and the car up front was not exiting . The staff had the audacity to yell at me. Thankfully I have a dash cam to protect me if anything ever happens. Be careful everyone! read more

Got yelled at and threatened by the customer service guy to let me remove the review of the dead rat we saw in the suisun city location and they blocked my license plate (still paying within expiration) unless I delete it. This is THE USA and customers freedom of speech is protected by first amendment. The customer service behavior is not acceptable by law or code of ethics at all! Would you have apologized about the issue and made promises to improve and politely asked me to delete it I would readily do so. Caution, this is where u go to get your car scratched up, and then told that it's because your car bumper was loose and Tesla did not re-install your bumper right. The car wash literally ripped the front nose of my bumper. What's really disappointing is their complete lack of wanting to take ownership of what happened. Currently working through my insurance to see if they can hold them accountable. Will likely take them to small claims court. So please beware. Update 2: gotta love the response, the service in question was for a door handle repair, last time I checked that had nothing to do with the front bumper, but it's great to know that this car wash company knows more about my Tesla than Tesla does :).
