Any paint swirls I had were removed, the small dot of sap that was on my trunk was taken off cleanly, and my car looks even better than when I first bought it. I didn't know my car could literally sparkle as much as it did. Beautiful job. Even better was that they came to my place and I can leave it in my garage to cure without having to drive it anywhere. Paragon was incredible. Recently someone became sick and threw up a lot in my truck. I tried cleaning it myself but even after literally 3 hours of trying, where I shampooed the carpet - not kidding - seven times I could not get the smell out myself. So I called these guys, and even though they are based in San Jose, they dispatched someone who showed up in SF where I live, in only an hour. The guy had this incredible cleaning tech. He like soap-steamed my carpet and then after he used this ozone machine on the interior for 15 mins. The next day my car had zero smell. It literally smelled like a new car. I don't know how their tech works, but it's pretty incredible. It's not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I'm extremely impressed. The grey van they worked out of isn't marked with the logo but they had everything they needed to finish the job. The attention to detail was really great , one of the crew members asked me " what areas do you want us to pay extra attention to" . Like whoa .. that's customer satisfaction guaranteed . 4/5 because the crew was a little behind in schedule after doing 7 cars prior which is understandable . Service: multi-stage exterior polish and ceramic coating quoted quoted for around 1400. Polestar 2 black. Arrived on time and finished within promised time as well. Originally planned for two stage but the crew happily showcased side-by-side differences between two and three stage polish. They did good undoing a lot of swirl marks from previous detail job as well. Also shared tips on maintenance tips and recommendations on products. For reference I was quoted by Jesus that a one-step polish with ceramic is 700, two-step is 1000. They also have a generator on board their van in case access to electrical outlet is difficult, but they do need a water outlet to work. read more

Jesus is a miracle worker!!! My car had major flood damage and the carpets were completely soaked from the massive rain we've been having. The crew had to come back a second time to clean and after that second visit it was still dirty. Didn't do BASIC cleaning let alone what I would expect when paying for a detail. Jesus offered to send the crew out a 3rd time but at this point I was so fed up with this service. I asked for some refund back and got $50 whole dollars. Wow! I never imagined my car could get this clean after years of water and coffee stains damaged the interior. Jesus was extremely responsive and polite. The price was fair and well worth it. After talking through a Yelp quote, I was provided with a full interior clean, a basic exterior wash, and minor headlight restoration. I had quite a few swirl marks from previous poor wash jobs but Paragon's ~275 dollar detail removed the top layer scratches. I likely need a multistage detail job for the deeper scratches, so not faulting Paragon here... Interior: 3 stars - I had expected a better detail/clean of the cars interior. It is possible I misunderstood what was included in my purchased package, but the interior detail did not include any wipe down with cleaner/gloss/shine. Jesus and his team are amazing! They have come to rescue my car two times now! First time was a few months ago when I spilled some bun rieu (Vietnamese crab soup) under the driver seat. If you've eaten this soup before you know it's fishy from the fish sauce and shrimp paste! I needed to get the smell out ASAP. I got a quote from Jesus and it was very reasonable. He sent his team right over to my house and they started on my car. It was in a hard to reach spot too but they were able to get the smell out with no trace of it what so ever! A couple of hours later my car was looking and smelling like new inside and out. Flash forward to this past weekend, my friend had a little too much fun and threw up in the backseat and on the door! That same night, I messaged Jesus to see if they could come out the next day to get my car cleaned. (If you've been in this situation before you know most places aren't opened on Sunday's! You definitely don't want that vomit sitting around for too long.) Fortunately he was able to squeeze me in and he sent out his team. No one wants to be the one to be cleaning up this type of mess so I am so grateful for his team! It was no easy task; a few hours layers they had my car looking new again. The next morning the car was still smelly and Jesus was so accommodating to come by and take another look. I've used Paragon services for several years now. They would set up across the street from my office and I could just drop the car off when arriving at the office. That was great, but thanks to COVID that hasn't been possible for while. I received a message from Jesus that he was now making house calls, excellent. My girlfriend's SUV was in need of a good cleaning. I scheduled and one of Jesus' crew members showed up on the scheduled date at the scheduled time. Jesus even sent a reminder text the evening before and when his employee was on their way. The SUV turned out great and looks nice and clean on the inside, exactly what it needed.
