I needed some new tires for my Yaris, but I said I would wait. A few days later had to have some other work done on my other vehicle. While there, Starr mentioned that Hankook was running a rebate promotion on the tires (H727) that I was interested in. I said that would be great. Starr ordered the tires and scheduled a day for install. I dropped off my car in the morning and was promised the car by mid afternoon. I received a text on my phone right on schedule that my car was done. I was able to pick my car up and be on my way in just a few minutes. I have been going to Experience Automotive since they opened in 1997. They are my first stop for all of my needs. They have done everything from emissions to full engine swaps for me and everything else in between. I trust what they say needs doing, and that it then gets done. Experience Automotive is definitely the only stop you should make. You are dealing with the owners, not some big-box with unmotivated employees. I don't understand the negative reviews here and am thankful I also checked out the Google reviews first. Over the years we have tried several mechanics in the area and have had problems. We haven't taken our vehicles for service in a long time, but were pretty sure we used Experience the last time for a different car and had a pleasant experience. This time, we took our Subaru here for new brake pads and rotors, and an oil change. The cost was actually a little less than what my husband estimated it would be to have the work done. So, Experience Automotive is very fair/reasonable on cost. The customer service is top notch as well! We'll definitely be bringing in our vehicles here in the future for any repairs or maintenance going forward. read more

TOTAL RIP OFF!!! I needed to find a good, honest local mechanic and this is NOT the place. My AC was not working and I brought my car in for service. I paid $115 for a filter, AC Evac and recharge including dye put in system to detect leaks. The AC did not work at all when I picked up my car. Experience Auto told me there is probably a nest in my HVAC system which is a 20 hour labor intensive job and will be expensive. 2 weeks later I brought my vehicle some place else to have the AC looked at. I DO have a bigger problem with the HVAC system that will have to be addressed, but the new repair shop said there was absolutely NO sign that dye was put into my system 2 weeks ago, and probably no refrigerant either. Yes, I do have a problem that still needs to be addressed and it possibly is a nest..or the evaporator ... but I left the second repair shop with ice cold AC blowing out of the passenger side at least after they recharged it. This just proved to me that Experience neither recharged my system OR added dye to check for a leak. VERY DISAPPOINTED with Experience to say the least ! The ONLY reason I am giving it 1 star is because you can't post without rating at least 1 star read more

Very nice people the front desk lady even drove me home which I thought was nice, but as for the work I would take my business elsewhere considering I got my wipers fixed by them the man gave me a quote said he could fix them cuz they would stand horizontal on my windsheild, so he fixed it and a short time after ive been using them it happens again so I take it back and the man there says he only bent a part back into shape but for so n so amount he could put a whole new windsheild wiper moter in, now if he would of said this in the first place I would of gone that route, so angry about the whole situation I delt with them being horizontal because the quote I got for the new work was like 100 more than the first job and it was just out of my budget, now thinking I learned my lesson going to this establishment I brought my business back to see if I could get something else fixed( I dont know why) this time it was a master switch that controlled my turn signals, wipers, washer fluid and at the time my only problem was turn signals not functioning so again the guy gives me a quote for the job I agree because I have children that ride with me and I want them to be safe and the job gets done and there work is warrentied for 60 days I was told n not a few days after the warranty was up they start malfunctioning again I have no turn signals and my washer fluid now doesnt work due to a crappy master switch right in time for winter yayy, I learned my lesson going here, the people are nice but the work was below par. The mechanic told us up front what he thought the issue might be and how much it would cost to fix it, but said he would not proceed until he knew for sure and called us with details. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the issue was much smaller than originally thought, and the actual repair cost half of what we were anticipating. We will be back! read more
