Explained all the differences in types of materials and the quality of them. Then I asked the hard question, "Do you have any of the luxury quality options at a good price?" We both looked at each other like "yeah that doesn't seem likely." Haha. But she made some calls and was able to find the quality of flooring I was looking for around my price range. They also have clearance sales sometimes I believe and that was one of the options I went with.
