Imad came out to give me a quote on a small project I had. He was dismissive, blunt, and rude to me. The whole time he was at my residence he rushed and acted like he didn't want to be there. What an amazing company!! First of all I went in multiple times looking for the perfect backsplash and never did they act like "uggghhh her again" like a lot of companies do when you visit multiple times without making a purchase. I finally chose the backsplash and the owner came to my house to quote and give me some priceless advice about what would look best (my home is a new build and the builder did a 6 inch countertop extension onto the wall which would have looked weird with another backsplash if Imad didn't suggest removing that and having a clean look). Within a week of that visit my backsplash was installed and it looks absolutely amazing!! Great customer service, friendly installers, and a beautiful outcome. We chose Imad and his team for our kitchen remodel when we seen his ad for a 3 day kitchen remodel. We also liked that we we're able to choose the cabinets, flooring, sink, range hood, countertops, and finishes from one place. With the help of Imad and his decorating center staff (who was very very helpful) we chose white maple cabinets with arch, quartz countertops w/6" backsplash, single bowl stainless steel sink and brushed nickel single pull faucet, stainless steel range hood, and 6"x24" Sonoma Driftwood tile. Removal and haul away of our old kitchen was included, and most of the process went good, but with any remodel or renovation, be prepared for issues big or small. After removal of the old kitchen, the cabinets went in, then the quartz counter tops and sink, and the tile went in after. We hired our own plumber to install the new garbage disposal and new water line for our refrigerator. We purchased our new gas range from a local business nearby. All in all most of the process went well with the exception of 2 things that we're addressed and fixed. One was that our new gas range stuck out quite a bit from the face of the cabinets after it was set in place, which was resolved by the installer having to cut back the quartz counter top in the back of the range opening by about 1 1/2 inches. The other was the range hood. After the 1st range hood was installed, it was way too low. My wife and I are not tall people, but it was so low that anyone near it would surely bump their head on it. This was due to our kitchen having an 8 inch dropped ceiling, which was not taken into consideration by Imad or us. My wife and I being first timers at having a kitchen remodeled expected things like this to be caught ahead of time by the contractor/designer since he has done so many kitchen remodels and we have not. But I must say, that Imad did absolutely everything he could to make it right, and he wanted to make sure that we we're happy. We ended up choosing a different range hood that can be adjusted for low ceilings, and we are very pleased with it. The entire job from start to finish took about 2 1/2 weeks. I honestly did not expect it to be done in 3 days. In the end, we love our new kitchen, and appreciate Imad and his entire team for all their hard work. Lessons we're learned by us and Imad, but we are definitely happy with the end result. Thank you Imad! read more

My husband and I are very disappointed with the quality of service and materials. We wish we had gone with another company for our remodeled kitchen. The cabinet for our kitchen which they installed was damaged. The granite which was put on top of it was mounted incorrectly and is totally off centered. You'd think the workers Imad hires can measure correctly. Half of them don't speak English and can barely understand them. One of his workers Raul took off for hours when he was supposed to be working on our kitchen and there was no explanation. I went outside to look for him and noticed his truck was gone and had taken our old sink which was removed. I had told the other worker we wanted to keep the sink because it has parts on it that we need for the new sink. He had to call Raul to return it to us which was about four hours later. The baseboards in our kitchen are not the same color. They are different shades. It looks it was just pieced together and got any material they could find to put it together and get the job done. Then there is a lack of communication between the owner and his workers. They just show up at our door unannounced and the owner doesn't have a good follow up. The owner told my husband he would be here on Thursday to come put the baseboards in our kitchen and instead I get a text message on Tuesday stating that one of the workers is at our home. We would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. read more

I am a new homeowner and needed new blinds for two bedrooms in my home that each had 8' windows. Long story short, I chose a different company for each room. I chose Imad's for the more expensive wooden white shutters in our nursery. When I called to see what could be available and installed in 7 days (I had a party to host.), Imad said that he could come out the following day for measurements and that he could guarantee the wood shutters would be there. Sure enough, the shutters were installed the day before my party, and they look awesome!! They were quite expensive - $650 - but they look so great. I believe they are a great investment and will be a selling point for our home many years down the road. It will be interesting to see how they compare to the faux wood blinds that we installed in the other room (that were 1/5th of the cost of the wood shutters) over time. Another point I should make was that I actually had to cancel the time Imad was coming to take measurements because I was very ill and had to go to the hospital that day. I've used Imad's several times over the years with mostly good results. I have one major disappointment though. I ordered a plantation shutter for a large window in my bedroom that hasn't held up at all. I think it is a defect in the way it was put together and that it should never have been as large and hinged the way it was. This is something that either the salesperson or the company making them should have known. I called Imad's and after several days they said the next time the rep was out they would schedule an appointment for him to come and look at it. A few weeks after that they called and said he would like to come by within the hour. Well, with no notice at all I wasn't able to be home at that time. I have not heard from them again have concluded that I wasted my money on the blinds as they will need to be replaced. I am sad to say that I will be looking elsewhere for any window furnishings in the future. read more
