I went to see Dr. Li when my 6 month-old daughter had ongoing bad eczema rashes (not bleeding or open wounds) all over her body, neck and cheeks. I cannot thank Dr Li enough for helping my 8 month old baby. My daughter has terrible eczema since 2 months of age. It was covered in her whole body, very bad to the point that she lost weight 4 weeks in a row. We have seen allergist and dermatologist at 3 months of age, but her eczema was still not under control. I've had skin allergies ever since I was around three years old. I would have rashes all over and couldn't really sleep due to a mixture of itchiness and pain from what I scratched. I had migraine issues for a long time and went to Li Acupuncture because of a friend's referral. I made an appointment with Shelly on the day of a serious migraine on my period and thankfully she was able to accommodate the same day appointment after I described to her the symptoms over the phone. She asked me in detail where the pain was, what may trigger the pain, and my sleeping patterns. She then did a full body evaluation of my pressure points and pin-pointed a few places where she thought was the 'clog' in the body. Using her words, 'The natural flow of the Qi makes you healthy, and if the flow is disrupted, your body aches.' She analyzed my migraine has something to do with a few pressure points at my ankle and my legs. And they were so sore after she put in the needles.
