I got into an accident and went through Insurance to have my vehicle fixed. The job was done well cosmetically from what I could see. However, about a year and a half later, I had another incident and the second that my front bumper was damaged the paint immediately flaked and chipped away. When I brought my truck to two different shops to get quotes to have the work done, the FIRST THING out of both of the managers mouths at each shop was "Who painted your bumper"? When I tell you that it was the first thing out of both of their mouths I am not lying. I told them who it was, and that the reason I went to them was because they got such amazing reviews on Yelp. They both told me obviously that the bumper was not primed and prepped at all and that it was just simply painted. The bodywork, etc. that was done to my vehicle from what I can see was done correctly. I was not told otherwise. But the painting of my replacement bumper was half ass. You would expect that simple things like that are done correctly. I really wanted to leave them a good review and to be honest with you I wouldn't have known any difference had I not gotten into a second fender bender. But I'm glad that the other two mechanics pointed it out to me immediately. I had asked for a quote when I was there to fix a small dent in my trunk and I was quoted $1200 from Bona Fide. I found another gentleman that's been doing bodywork for 40 years and he did it for 250 bucks and did a phenomenal job. If you're gonna be a retail shop that charges retail prices you better do quality work front to back.

Both the Groupon listing and the company's social media page instruct customers to call the phone number provided to schedule an appointment. When I called, the person answered simply with "Hello?" rather than identifying the business. I asked if I had reached All Weather Auto Detailing, and the person confirmed that I had. I explained that I had purchased a Groupon and wanted to schedule a detailing appointment. After asking where I was located, the person told me to text my name and address so we could set up an appointment. I immediately sent the requested information. My first text was sent on 7/14 and received no response. I followed up on 7/17 and received a single response. After that, I sent additional messages on 7/25 and 7/26, none of which were answered. I am genuinely surprised that a business operates this way. Between the unprofessional phone interaction and the complete lack of communication afterward, I was left feeling like my business was not valued at all. I was searching for a new detailer after the person I previously used moved away. I have no problem paying for quality work and supporting local businesses, but I expect basic communication and follow-through. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Buyer beware.

Brian replaced my entire braking system, performed an oil change, thoroughly inspected the vehicle, checked all of my fluids and critical components, and even provided photo documentation so I could see exactly what was done. I decided to stop before possibly damaging something. We scheduled a time for me to come by and when I got there he pulled the truck in, told me that it's just over torqued and did the oil change. Some of the glass wasn't cleaned and still had my dog's nose art all over it. Seats were vacuumed but not wiped (dried applesauce on door panel and headrest) I ended up wiping the inside down with armor all wipes the next day. This car was cleaned for 2 hours. Our other car was vacuumed, and the dash was dusted and wiped. Cup holders and seats were still a bit dirty. Nate did mention that the carpet had a few deep stains that needed an extractor.
