The server was good and attentive but the food overall was disappointing. Fried rice was so sweet, using frozen broccoli and missing eggs in it. The drunken noodle was so dark in color and it wasn't authentic in flavor, also using frozen broccoli and so not good. We didn't even finished it after a couple bite and wasn't even attempted to take it to go. They replace our fried rice for the missing eggs, but still I can even satisfy for the food. Sorry! So I have had Liang's Thai Food on my list for a while since college days when they were just a food stall on 16th Street. I never made it out back then or I couldn't find it. I'm glad that they're successful that they can open a physical location especially for those of us who hate downtown. I finally made it in after almost ten years of knowing this place existed. We came in and there are lots of seats available. Food comes out quick. I had the pad Thai and it was actually quite delicious. It comes with a lot of food. I can't remember the spice level I ordered, but I could order it up a little. Im excited there's a location close by. Service was friendly. Restaurant is clean. read more

Ordered for takeout and food was decent. Just when i thought "you cant mess up spring rolls" yeah you definitely can. I got pork spring rolls and the vegetables looks like they were gonna go bad so there weren't any crunch from the "fresh" vegetables, there were barely any noodles and herbs overall it was a sad srping roll but the pork in it was good. I also got medium chicken Pad thai, which was good wasn't spicy at all in my opinion. And for dessert I grabbed the mango sticky rice. So happy one of my favorite Thai spots in Broomfield is now also in Thornton. I don't normally order cream cheese wontons anywhere else, I only love them from Liang's. I also love their wings and their shrimp egg rolls too. Their pad Thai, pad see ewe, pineapple fried rice are all great but my favorite on a cool day is their boat noodle soup w beef. I have ordered it at the Broomfield location first, I have ordered it for delivery, and I've now also tried at the Thornton location. The beef is always tender even delivered, which I was shocked. Tom Yum Noodle was sweeter than I liked and so is the Panang curry. Boat Noodle is still my favorite. The service is always great and the space is always clean. Parking lot has a lot more parking spots compared to their Broomfield location. Make sure if you're not a spice eater to get 0-2, their 3 is pretty spicy for a "medium". We tried the coconut ice cream this time as they didn't have the mango sticky rice... it was a bit richer than what I liked but it had good flavor. Glad they have the same consistency as their Broomfield location. Happy to see them grow! read more

My wife and I recently tried the Thornton location of Liang's Thai Food and had a very pleasant experience. The first thing you notice is how exceptionally clean the restaurant is; it's spotless, which gives it an almost sterile and quiet atmosphere. The staff, however, were the complete opposite, they were extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. I ordered the Green Curry. It was flavorful and enjoyable, though I did notice an interesting twist: it had a slight hint of what reminded me of an Indian curry flavor, which was different from other green curries I've had. My wife ordered the Pad Thai, which she also said was good, but noted that it was missing the bean sprouts typically found mixed in. The prices were fair for the quality and portion size, and we're definitely looking forward to going back. We actually tried to go again recently, but learned the hard way that they're closed on Tuesdays, a real bummer, so plan accordingly! Liang's Thai has been a Downtown Denver staple with his stall on 16th street mall. When we heard he was opening his third location in Thornton, we were ecstatic. The food is great! We tried a little bit of everything, one of our favorite dishes is pad see ewe and his tom yum soup. Compared to other Thai restaurants in Denver/Colorado, when you get Thai hot, it's super hot-- so if that's not your jam, make sure to go a little mild. The service was great when we went and there was plenty of seating when we stopped by. We have had Liang's twice already since this location opened, and plan on stopping by again soon. Also, if you're dining in, make sure to order the coconut ice cream-- it's a little bit of a wait to get it, but it's totally worth it! read more

I haven't been this happy with a Thai restaurant since Tommy's Thai closed down, I LOVEEEEE this place. The Pad See Yew is exactly what I imagine when I think of the dish and the spice levels are never unpredictable. Came here to dine in and was pleasantly surprised by the portions and flavor. I agree with another reviewer- definitely one of the better Thai spots in the area! We had their summer roll (a little pricey in my opinion with the protein), Basil chicken fried rice (my favorite out of everything), Thai tea, and chicken pad thai. Everything was great, but my favorite was the basil fried rice. Such great flavor~ Can't wait to come back and try other menu items! This is a good average place for Thai food. Had the chicken pad Thai and had to dig around to find the little chicken in it. Same with the fried rice that was also a bit mushy but it had great flavor and after a few bits I liked the consistency. It had plenty of vegetables, I would get this if we went back. Neighborhood gem! It's a great menu and service. It's fast and friendly and does a brisk takeout business. Their spice level in Thai chart 1-5. I ordered the Pad See Ew with no spice, but it was loaded with pepper and ended up tasting quite spicy despite my request. The Panang curry also had very little meat and was spicier than expected. It lacked the usual sweetness and rich coconut milk flavor I've experienced at other Thai restaurants. Overall, the food felt overpriced for the portion and quality. I've ordered "no spice" at many other Thai places without issue, so it was disappointing that this request didn't seem to be honored here. read more

The atmosphere is pretty spartan. There is no decor to speak of. They're not trying to be a date-night type of place. About 8 tables in total. But man the food was tasty. We had the spring rolls as apps. I had a rice dish with chicken and green beans. The better half had pad thai. All the food was delicious. My green beans were just barely still crisp. Perfect. The pad thai was loaded with goodies, not just a whole lot of noodles. Definitely worth a stop if you want some good hot food. read more

Although I've been to most of the thai restaurants in the area and this definitely has to be one of the better ones in the Thornton area.
