The owner is amazing she and the entire staff shows nothing but care love for all of them children the glow on their face is something I enjoy and can't wait to see each morning I arrive at the center. I found Westwood. Fell in love with the staff and owners my kid was in the daycare program she loves everyone from the back of the building to the offices. She also stayed for the pre-K program also. I did pop ins. I talked to the staff .I came early to watch interactions.She is now in 1st grade and still wishes she was at Westwood and wants to stop in and see everyone.

Ended up taking my Son to the Dr and it was confirmed that it was scratch marks which looked to be made by female with nails.... Then we had the crazy part happen. We used her as an alternate to our Family Care Plan (military temporary guardian). We were dual military with 6mo left and had a family member fall out of the contract. She only charged $700/mo but being as we were, we paid $1000.00/mo to guarantee the best for our baby. We also paid for all bday presents/ costs of bday party/ christmas presents, etc. Also, gave a $500 to her for her services and a thank you for being so wonderful.....or so we thought. Once we got back we had to do taxes. We had called her and the family member to ensure no one had claimed our child. Both claimed they had not used our child on their tax form. 2wks later our tax return was denied because our child was already claimed. We had to copy all our documents of our child including proof of financial support and pay the money up front and it had to be mailed. A huge lengthy process and come to find out, ANISSA had claimed our child!!! She claimed she did not know that the tax assistant had put our child as a dependent but when I spoke to the tax representative she told us that ANISSA had said she had our child for the entire year of 2010! The truth was she only had her for 2months of the year before it ended. When I questioned ANISSA she said she never talked to the tax representative, she did it all online, they must have misunderstood what she was trying to put (child just living in the residence, but not financially supported by her). Then followed it by saying she only talked to the tax representative through email. That means she did talk to the tax representative (caught in her own lie). Our child was also going through speech therapy and when I talked to the main person there, they informed me that it would be best to move our child because every time their speech teacher would go over to ANISSA's house, our child would act frightened of ANISSA and our child never wanted the speech teacher to leave. A hair dresser I went to recognized my child and said she knew our child because whenver ANISSA came in with our child, our child would just let the hair dresser sit and hold her as if our child was emotional neglected (that broke my heart). I told ANISSA that week we were going to be taking our child to another facility, we just didnt feel comfortable anymore with the whole tax situation. She got really defensive. Started yelling at me on her front porch in front of my child. Calling me a coward, asking why i believed the tax rep over her, and calling the tax rep a liar. I asked her to stop screaming and she yelled THIS IS MY HOUSE! Slammed the door in my face. So I said loudly that I would need the remainder of the daycare money (I paid $360 for the month, daughter was only there 1/2 week. I asked for $180 and carseat). She came back out and yelled DONT YELL THROUGH MY DOOR SAY IT TO MY FACE. ridiculousness. We recently found out ANISSA tried to slander our name by telling a dental facility she was our child's foster parent which in fact she was not. We have been trying for the last month/ month and a half to reach her to retrieve our childs carseat and $180 and documentation of our childs. She has not responded. We went over there today to ask for our items. She was not there. We stopped by 30min later to see if she had returned to be greeted by the police department which then told us we could not get OUR OWN child's car seat back! I cannot get my own property back for which I paid for without going to court. I do not understand how your the thief, liar, and child abuser and can call the cops? We need to have this persons license revoked immediately!

Not only do they care for my child like she's their own, but they are teaching her new things consistently. They teach practical life skills & communication skills, including basic sign language. I was in pure shock when my 16 month old daughter came home one day signing and saying "more". I love the app that they use where I am updated on every meal, diaper change, and activity throughout the day. I love when they post pictures of her for me to look at while I'm at work! Everyone here is incredibly friendly and helpful! I don't ever doubt that my daughter is being cared for and kept safe while I'm at work. I LOVE MyNana's Clubhouse!!!

My little one has only spent 1-2 weeks here and was told they weren't equipped to handle my child. Mind you my child is a cool, calm and easy going 5 year old that has no other problems. They told me she couldn't come back after taking my money ( almost 400 dollars ). They said that her screaming was a problem and that they can't handle it when thats what every child does AUTISM OR NOT! Today 6/6/24 they suspended my child for "hitting" her teacher after only being there for 1-2 weeks. My child was seen on tape being uncomfortable and waling her arms, NOT HITTING THE TEACHER. Once again she has autism and has had no prior incidents. 0/10 would not recommend. COUNT ME OUT!!!!!

This is a terrible business!…read more 1. The staff members at the front desk have horrible attitudes. My wife and I asked simple questions and the attitude and disrespect was unnecessary. That's if they are at work. We've had to stand outside for a long amount of time waiting for someone to return so that we could inquire about the school. 2. We talked to the front desk clerks multiple times to see what paperwork we needed so that our kids can start school on a certain date. We gathered all of the paperwork and at the daycare's request we had the hospital fax over appointment slips for the children. Then on the morning my kids were supposed to start school, the clerk told us they couldn't start even though we've done everything asked of us. 3. They have cases against them with Better Business Bureau for this such thing. 4. I do not recommend ANYONE to allow this learning center to keep your kids. They are only in it for the money, no love for early education.
