It resulted in Bell's palsy- not a single care from the dentist and after he told me "ummm I need to go research this" I knew I was in trouble. Almost a full year and I'm not 100% healed. After he gave me a bs prescription- no more follow ups to see how I'm doing, no further instructions on what to do. Only called to collect money. So I've racked up bills from my PCP, a new dentist and even an ENT just to prove it wasn't caused by my ears. I've racked up THOUSANDS in dentist/medical bills due to their lack of care. DO NOT EVER GO TO TWIN DENTAL!!! Im still being harassed for a $60 payment when they have already collected $400 from me and $500 from my insurance TO PULL ONE TOOTH!! They didnt even give me pain meds, not even a low dose one until i was in so much pain. And instead of calling it to the pharmacy- they told me i had 20 minutes to get it from their office aa they close early on friidays. Never in my life have i ever paid that much for an extraction. Or had a dentist who was etremely nonchalant about what HE had done!!(Even when i didnt have a job/insurance I only paid $160 and the emergency dentist on a friday at 7pm pulled it.) i will however, send them all my bills for the year of follow up ive had to deal with for their mistake. I have included a picture from the day before the procedure - the day of, the day after, a pic when i was being weened off the medication after 6 month of high dose steroids (due to the dentist prescribing a an extreme low dose that did nothing) and two additional pictures from this year 4 months post steroids two more teeth were also shattered due to the steroids and so I was deathly scared of getting those pulled, until this morning. I had no idea that a dentist office could be caring and comforting. But shoutout to Meier dental and Cincinnati oral surgeons for extracting 3 teeth (the two shattered and my last wisdom) under anesthesia, prescribed me a pill before I went in, had antibiotics on order, Tylenol 3 on order for pain. Sent me home with an ice pack and enough gauze to last a life time. My total out of pocket $600. Insane difference. These people took my life from me for almost a year. Due to being on steroids gained ao much water weight I had Charlie horses when I walked!, I also had high blood pressure, pre diabetic along with absolutely no energy and not being able to breathe all due to the side effects of the steroids I had to take to fix what THEY did. SO BEWARE OF TWIN DENTAL. Or at least if you find anything suspicious or wrong speak to a malpractice attorney IMMEDIATELY

The dentists rotate thru so quickly I did not feel comfortable staying at this practice. Before one visit, young receptionist was bad mouthing the office manager out loud in lobby in front of patients, very unprofessional. Avoid Trailside Dental Care…read more After treatment at this office, I was left in severe pain and repeatedly asked to be evaluated by a dentist but was unable to speak with one. Instead, I was given guidance by staff while dealing with significant pain. I ultimately had to seek emergency care elsewhere, where the problem was properly resolved. In addition, I was told I needed 6-8 fillings and a crown. When I sought a second opinion, I was told that none of that work was necessary and that only one small area needed to be monitored. The difference between those two evaluations was alarming. Recommending large amounts of unnecessary dental work goes beyond poor judgment -- it's unethical. What makes this even more concerning is that the dentist at this office has been suspended by the Ohio State Dental Board and is currently practicing under probation for documented violations involving patient care. This is public information anyone can verify on the Ohio State Dental Board website. Please research carefully before choosing this office. Patients deserve to know this information when choosing a healthcare provider. This review is based on my personal experience and publicly available disciplinary records from the Ohio State Dental Board.

But was is the excuse for the appointment I set for first thing when they opened. I have also thrown up on 2 different visits. It seems like that at least some of the staff doesn't know how to adjust. If their normal process is to clean 5 teeth before they rinse. Then they are going to clean 5. But if you know I have a sensitive gag reflex and saliva is building up faster than normal. I might need after 3 teeth. But they are going to stick to the procedure they know. Not adjust to the situation.
