Paul would not take their insurance. It didn't pay enough. (An established patient) I was extremely disappointed. I do not like them at all and they were very rude to me. The scheduling company that the company uses does not know all of the times that are available for the office. Since the office is run on its own but it is still affiliated with the Afinia Dental Association. Their systems do not flow together as they should. This has caused us to overpay, have missing appointments, and have appointments scheduled without us knowing. Now the office itself is really good. The ladies who work in there are really nice and work with us as much as they can. Molly is a huge part of why my family is still at this dentist's office. But if we hear word that she is moving will be moving as well.

Appointment canceled due to " remodeling " was told they'd call back to reschedule NO SUCH LUCK- called and gave them a second chance . Scheduled weeks out for fillings with oral sedation . Took the medication 1 hr prior to visit as instructed WAS CALLED ABOUT 30 minutes before appointment to be told the dentist is on maternity leave ?!?!?!?! I mean did she just go on leave that morning ???! Had someone take off work to drive me due to ORAL SEDITION only to be cancelled once again -HORRIBLE PATIENT CARE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL SPREAD THE WORD TO ANY AND EVERYONE WHO will listen - never schedule with this location
