They tried to do x-rays with my youngest son, and he was having problems, and rather than making it a traumatic experience for him, they said, "No worries - we'll try next time!" They are upfront about things, like orthodontic concerns, but I don't feel any pressure from them, and they're focused on keeping my kids mouths healthy and clean, which is what I'm paying for. The waiting room is entertaining, but they're always on-time, which is even better! We drive 45 minutes to get here, but I wouldn't change for convenience. These people have earned my trust!

It resulted in Bell's palsy- not a single care from the dentist and after he told me "ummm I need to go research this" I knew I was in trouble. Almost a full year and I'm not 100% healed. After he gave me a bs prescription- no more follow ups to see how I'm doing, no further instructions on what to do. Only called to collect money. So I've racked up bills from my PCP, a new dentist and even an ENT just to prove it wasn't caused by my ears. I've racked up THOUSANDS in dentist/medical bills due to their lack of care. DO NOT EVER GO TO TWIN DENTAL!!! Im still being harassed for a $60 payment when they have already collected $400 from me and $500 from my insurance TO PULL ONE TOOTH!! They didnt even give me pain meds, not even a low dose one until i was in so much pain. And instead of calling it to the pharmacy- they told me i had 20 minutes to get it from their office aa they close early on friidays. Never in my life have i ever paid that much for an extraction. Or had a dentist who was etremely nonchalant about what HE had done!!(Even when i didnt have a job/insurance I only paid $160 and the emergency dentist on a friday at 7pm pulled it.) i will however, send them all my bills for the year of follow up ive had to deal with for their mistake. I have included a picture from the day before the procedure - the day of, the day after, a pic when i was being weened off the medication after 6 month of high dose steroids (due to the dentist prescribing a an extreme low dose that did nothing) and two additional pictures from this year 4 months post steroids two more teeth were also shattered due to the steroids and so I was deathly scared of getting those pulled, until this morning. I had no idea that a dentist office could be caring and comforting. But shoutout to Meier dental and Cincinnati oral surgeons for extracting 3 teeth (the two shattered and my last wisdom) under anesthesia, prescribed me a pill before I went in, had antibiotics on order, Tylenol 3 on order for pain. Sent me home with an ice pack and enough gauze to last a life time. My total out of pocket $600. Insane difference. These people took my life from me for almost a year. Due to being on steroids gained ao much water weight I had Charlie horses when I walked!, I also had high blood pressure, pre diabetic along with absolutely no energy and not being able to breathe all due to the side effects of the steroids I had to take to fix what THEY did. SO BEWARE OF TWIN DENTAL. Or at least if you find anything suspicious or wrong speak to a malpractice attorney IMMEDIATELY

What's worse than trying not to stare at your fellow patients in the waiting room while pretending to peruse a "Conde Nast" from 2009? Nothing, that's what. Another plus is the liberal use of anesthesia in the exam/treatment rooms, as evidenced by the lack of screaming or begging for mercy that is heard. And the dental hygienists seem to really like what they do (but not TOO much, if you get what I mean). At the end of each visit, I emerge with not only my wallet, watch and dignity intact, but clean teeth and a dazzling smile!

After being seated and they started the cleaning I was advised that there was NO dentist in the office that day and the office should have told me that. No mention of it. No inspection of your teeth after cleaning. Several days prior to the visit I called the office and questioned a bill I received. I was advised they were waiting for the insurance to pay. When I asked for my records to be sent to another dentist to fix an issue with my teeth that Cincinnati Dental caused and refused to fix it was amazing that all of a sudden the insurance declined the payment they were waiting on and they wanted to balance in full! They are ripping people off and their service to consumers is less than adequate.
