    My wife left unhappy from the service dept. They didn't warn her several months ago that the brakes were close to the rotors, so when she took it in this time for a brake job, they had to also replace the expensive rotors. They also lost her floor mats, but they did replace them with used floor mats.

    This business is positively ridiculous. I have traveled to this location twice in the past two…read moremonths and 100% of the time they have been closed. Online shows them open I travel all the way there and they're closed. Today and employee was still in the store and when I knocked on the window he said they were closed I said well I'm sorry the Internet still says that you're open and he didn't care what the Internet said he said they closed at 5:30. I stated that I had traveled there twice and they were closed both times and he said he didn't care. I could not believe my ears, he could have simply been sympathetic and apologized but to tell a potential customer that you don't care about their situation or how many times your business has disappointed them was absolutely mind blowing. In response to his incredibly rude and completely inappropriate comment, that since he was closed every time I've been there he's not getting any of my money and then I would not be back again he said he didn't care and walked away. Very, very rude and unprofessional I will certainly never go back to this place or any of their locations again. Customers need to stand up for themselves this day and age and not be treated like a piece of garbage by businesses and presumably business owners. I'm sure if this man was at another retailer or a restaurant and advise the manager or owner that he had been disappointed two times in a row I highly doubt that the manager would say, I don't care and walk away. I am still sitting here in utter disbelief. I recommend spending your money at one of the bigger hardware's and auto parts stores. It's no wonder the smaller businesses are going out of business.

    I reached out to the dealer to schedule an appointment for annual service, a pre-sale inspection,…read moreand to address an issue with the cruise control switch on my 2015 S1000R. Dale Kramer from the dealer eventually told me that the next available appointment is July 21st, at which point I said let's schedule but I may have to cancel if my motorcycle sells. The dealer then refused to schedule with me because I indicated I may have to cancel if the bike sells. Apparently they only schedule "confirmed" service appointments. Since 2006, I've owned over 20 different BMW's including currently owning a m750LI, M8 Competition, X5 45e, and my S1000R. My intent was to sell the S1000R before summer and order a M1000XR. I can tell you now, I have ZERO intent in purchasing another Beemer if this is the level of service to be expected. I've never experienced this level of terrible service from ANY car or motorcycle brand and will not support any brand that believes this is an acceptable level of service. I've attached the messages regarding my service inquiry. I don't believe my request was unreasonable.

    I visited this dealership on January 28th for a Triple Black BMW R 1300 GSA. I chose to support…read morethis local shop even though I had a prior out of state offer for a 300 mile demo unit that was $1,750 lower. I have already spent thousands of dollars purchasing motorcycle gear from this dealership, yet this loyalty was a massive mistake. ​I placed a $1,000 deposit on January 28th after Dale Kramer told me verbally it was fully refundable and promised to call if another buyer was interested. He never called. During inspection, I did not see the bike lacked the top box carrier rack because it was hidden by soft luggage. When I discovered this less than a week later, Dale told me it would cost $1,200 to add it. ​When I raised concerns, Dale tried to push a red bike on me and intentionally lied about technical specs, claiming the "Comfort" suspension has the same travel as a standard GSA. It is actually 20mm (0.8 inches) lower. I texted on February 5th to cancel, but Dale is refusing my refund, claiming he had "multiple buyers" and is trying to force me to buy other merchandise. ​I strongly suggest everyone record their conversations here. I did exactly that. I have filed a credit card dispute and am filing claims with the Ohio Attorney General and BBB. I am taking this to Small Claims Court where my recorded evidence will be used.
