I brought my vehicle in due to a noise and vibration coming from the front end (potentially a hub issue, but the exact problem remained unknown). After diagnostics, it was determined that the rear coil springs and struts needed replacement, along with the negative battery cable, which was severely corroded and also required replacement. However, the noise and vibration persisted after the repairs, with a note stating it could be a "wheel or hub problem" and advising me to "bring it back if it gets worse." This same vehicle was serviced at this facility in May, where an oil change, cooling service, fuel system service, tire sensors, and brake work were completed. During that time, a "27-point preventative maintenance inspection" was performed, and no issues were flagged. Yet, less than four months later, I was told the vehicle had over $2,500 in maintenance needs. I spoke to both the service advisor and supervisor, but the only explanation provided was that "a lot can happen to a car in four months." At the very least, the significant corrosion on the negative battery cable should have been noticed during the oil change and inspection. I have been bringing my vehicle to this service center since I purchased it six years ago, and this dealership is where I bought the vehicle, with plans to purchase future ones. However, this recent experience has made me question the trust I've placed in this dealership, and I'm unsure if I want to continue doing business here in the future.

They were very accommodating by holding the car for me for 2 weeks so I could come into town on my day off to purchase the vehicle. They answered all of my questions. When I bought the vehicle, it already had a clogged AC tube which led to water leaking on my passenger floor and Axel covered the cost to get it fixed near me. They did not make me drive 2 hours back to their own dealership to fix it.

I'm sure the codes were cleared momentarily to manipulate the sale. At the time of the sale, I purchased the extended warranty and Next Step was pushy about their shop doing the repairs. The car was with them for months often on because the repairs were so poorly done. The Audi dealership said upon the initial inspection after I purchased the vehicle, reported the repairs would exceed the value of the car, keep in mind this was shortly after the purchase because the check engine lights were on. The car was inspected by 2 independent mechanics after Next Steps "New Engine" installment and the overwhelming report is that the NEXT STEP should never touch a vehicle again. Bolts were missing parts were put in the wrong place, hoses weren't connected properly. The list goes on and on it was about a 10 page detailed report from each in evaluator. The independent mechanics were disgusted that NEXT STEP would take advantage of a customer because Audi prides itself on brand loyalty rather than making a quick slimy sale. Don't walk away from this place, RUN. It's more like NEXT "MISTAKE" rather than NEXT STEP.

Once in Maryland I had to change the tires as they were bald and Matt refused to replace them before purchase. Then I had the car inspected at the local Mercedes' dealer and it had a major oil leak that had to be repaired in addition to all the maintenance required at 60k miles. Next step Auto Sales does not service their vehicles before selling them. Their goal is to stick you with maintenance costs and not take any liability for the condition of their cars before selling them. The Mercedes' dealer quoted 4K worth of maintenance required after inspection. I purchased the car for 27k. Steve the dealer owner denied the oil leak even though Mercedes' listed this issue on their inspection report. Steve also refused to honor the dealer warranty that came with the vehicle purchase which includes the engine and was quoted for 90 days / 3000 miles. I would not recommend buying a car from this shade tree dealer. Customer satisfaction is not on their radar at all! They just want to get your money and leave you stuck with a poorly maintained vehicle. Very sad. Below are pictures of the air filter and cabin air filter of the Mercedes' that they claimed to have serviced before the sale. Laughable to say the least. These guys should change their dealer name to "3 steps back auto sales"! If it was not for them having the particular car I wanted with the options I was looking for I would not even have bought a car from a non factory sponsored dealer like this one. Not hard to see the difference in customer service and the vehicle condition when using a low budget shady dealer such as this one. Stay away!

By far this has been the WORST experience I have ever had dealing with repairs. So let me give you the day by day run down. Monday evening after dropping off, I called around noon, was told someone will call back; never did. Called back Monday around 4, was told again, someone will call you back; never did. Tuesday, I called first thing in the morning. Was told the parts that were being warrantied are ordered and should be fixed today, but the tech would call me first to let me know what was going on; never did. I called back around 1pm, FINALLY, talked to the tech working on my car, was told he was JUST ordering the parts, they will be in and it will be fixed Tuesday afternoon, if not Wednesday. I let it ride. WEDNESDAY. I CALLED AGAIN around noon to be told "we forgot your vehicle was here, it will be worked on immediately". I CALLED BACK AGAIN, around 3 asking to talk to a supervisor. Was told they would call me back. Guess what, THEY NEVER DID. SO NOW, THURSDAY. I called twice before 10 asking for a manager. No one could speak to me; no one will call me back. CALLED AGAIN AT NOON. Put on hold for 30 minutes, to be told the tech who was supposed to work on it called off. This has been one of the most incompetent repair shops I have ever worked with. I still really have NO IDEA what is wrong with my vehicle. There has been 0 communication, management has been dead quiet. To say I will never be coming back to this dealership is an understatement. I would say the OWNER better call me, but at this point I don't even know if the phones dial out at this point.

I chose Anthony's offer over the offers from the other Toyota dealerships because Anthony didn't resort to any types of high pressure sales tricks, like other Toyota dealerships used. It was a Friday night and they were closing for the weekend, we would have had to cancel our vacation. We decided to trade so we could get on our way but the only car available on the whole lot was a Corolla Cross. Recently we received an invitation to a sales event that was going to blow us away at Victory Toyota, we even had to make an appointment for this event. We walked into Toyota and saw very limited inventory. We looked at two cars and I counted five salesmen standing around in various parts of the showroom. Not one person asked to help. I finally walked up to a young gentleman and asked if there were any Highlanders. He said there were THREE outside ( huge sales event?) and proceeded to walk us out with no keys. Should we just look through the window? Upon going back to get the keys I wanted to test drive the Platnimum. I joked to him that I had planned to retire next year but if we buy a car that is going to change. I told him that I pick out the car and my husband does the numbers deal. He mentioned that when we got back to the showroom he'd see if retirement was still possible after crunching numbers. They did a quick appraisal of our Cross and then crunched NO NUMBERS...the price you see is the price you pay, minus the trade. We bought our last Toyota at zero down , zero finance. This dealership wanted 4.9 %. That is around $10,000 in intrest for the Highlander. . Land Rover is advertising 0.9% for select models. . We will definitely be looking around. . Ten years ago when my husband was looking for a vehicle for work he stopped at a competitor's lot just to see what they had to offer. The salesman was out the door and ready to greet my husband before he even got out of the car.
