They have regular side loading machines and top loaders. Lots of dryers that don't get very warm even on the highest setting. You will feed the dryer quarters for a while. The washer did fine. I had a machine that stopped accepting my quarters when I was half way through feeding the required amount to start a load. I had about $1.50 to go and it was jammed. I saw the sign stating the money would be refunded if there was a problem so I moved to a machine to get started. Moved all my clothes out, started a wash on a working machine and went to the service door to fill out a refund form. Just then a lady folding clothes said what's the problem. I said the machine wasn't accepting more money to start the wash, so I need a refund for the money I inserted. She rolled her eyes and asked which machine. I walked her over and she began banging on the machine, tired to put quarters in herself. It didn't work for her either. The she pulls out something like a nail file out of her pocket and begins to insert it in and out of the coin slot. After a while it took the quarter. She looks at me and say see it's not broken. I said yeah well I don't have your little file tool and you saw it did not accept your quarters either until you wiggled your file in there. I didn't want to break your machine. Customers are only supposed to insert coins not bang and jam objects in the slot to get it to work. She continues to walk away saying it's not broken. Well I told her I have no more washing to do so I need the money back since it wasn't working properly. She refused. I pointed at HER SIGN and she said it's not broken and to find a customer who needs a wash and have THE OTHER CUSTOMER GIVE ME THE REFUND DIFFERENCE. Like what the actual heck. Terrible service. Unprofessional and did not honor her own policy. Then asks me to negotiate a refund with another customer. Wow. Stay away. Plenty of other places to do business with.

The only thing about this laundromat that is modern is the vending machines. There was no ATM available on the premises so I had to go to the Northgate Market down the street. If you come here, make sure to have cash on hand before you arrive or else it'll be a hassle getting it.The vending machine overcharged on the items as well. An Arizona ended up costing $1.75 and a blue plastic bag ended up being $1.25. There was a sink towards the right corner in the back that you can use to wash your hands. However, I think they must have closed the valve for the hot water because nothing would flow out so you end up with cold water only. Overall, I think I would not come back and would look for another place to do laundry.

The one thing i am most not satisfied in this place is its coin changer machine because it does not GIVE you the right change all the time. Like today i put in two, $10 bill and i got ONLY $9.75 each. I am not sure if they calibrate their machine to ensure customer like us get the right change. I dont want to believe that they are aware of this short change or probably it is a hidden processing fee for using the coin changer. All the customers do not count their coins. Probably, i am the only exception. Anyway, i will still keep coming here and enjoying the service of this place but i hope they routinely check their coin changer machine. Thank you.

I also canceled their services because they kept overcharging me on 2-3 occasions. They would also often mess up my laundry and give me other peoples laundry.
