From the challenges of parking, food court, or just trying to walk inside. I won't/don't even try to get a sample here. It's as if your guests/customers have not eaten for days?!?! Anyway, I still come and check out your merchandise as each Costco carries slightly different items with different sales. And I was lucky enough to see the sterling wine on sale; this will make a great upcoming gift. Follow and see why. Interesting Indian beer, but I did not buy it. Very close to buying and trying though. Good prices on holiday gift cards; see pictures. Ambiance - Crazy busy! Enough said. Service - Self service. Price - Consistent and reasonable. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success at this location since 1986. Congrats on all your success since 1976, since Price Club. Now you are the 5th largest retailer in the world and #10 on the Fortune 500. 876 warehouses worldwide, with 558 in the US. 1980 - IPO. 1983 - First Costco opens. 1993 - Price Club and Costco merger. 1997 - Rebrand all locations to Costco. 2024 - 132 million members.

probably the worst costco you can be at on the weekends. if you have to go on the weekends, i…read moresuggest you dont use a shopping cart lol parking gets very hectic on all sides of the building. its very hard for pedestrians to get in and out if you have a cart. the food court outside is really small and can get crowded since patrons go through that way too. also if the line to the gas station overflows, it seeps into the parking lot, causing a lot of people stuck in that area when leaving. the layout inside the costco isnt the typical costco layout. the produce section causes a lot of chaos as it sits in the middle of the snack/dried goods and the frozen foods. one positive note about this location is that they have a lot of asian goodies compared to the mountain view location. i always find myself grabbing more here because of the target demographic

Charged $70, i didn't even mind knowing so because they helped me find me the part I thought would fit. I doubled checked with employee 2x that I could return if its not a fit. Returned it because it caused my warm water to be just cold. They straight up said no because i installed it. I had them ask the manager twice and he came out said no, he didn't listen to anything and just said employee informed me I can't return it when i purchased it. So scammy, I didn't reply. Just left and even left the cartridge, manager replied with a snarky attitude "thank you!" Didn't care much for the money and would never come back and will refer all friends and family not to visit. Also horrible service, I waited with one employee at front and 4 ppl in office staring at front.

But if you are there for the showroom or to talk to the sales people, the show room opens at 10am. When we got there it was 9:15am, so we waited outside and as the time went, more people lined up as they all thought they opened at 8. Once inside, the sales people are very friendly and nice. Kyle helped me out given my contact was on vacation. They are not on commission base, so there's less selling pressure. He showed me all the fixtures, the bidet options, the sink and their bathroom could be double used as a showroom. You can certainly try the bidet setup there to get a feel of an upgrade from the normal toilet. I like the sink they carry which is Toto and the maintenance is easy. Kyle was detail-oriented and he even discussed the option of having the overflow drain on the inside or facing the outside. After the discussion, once he puts a quote together for the items we were interested in, the rest could be done via email. So after shopping around, we emailed him about what we wanted and asked more questions for other items' specs. Everything was done on email and was convenient. After we finalize the decisions and Kyle put in the sales order, I just need to call them to pay with credit card. The whole process is seamless. Discounts are also applied if the contractor has an account with them. Once we had the order, I just need to drop it to the contractor and they will do the pickup. Easy peasy.....

I walked by two employees laughing saying ok who'd you piss off today! I know I act crazy in Costco also I blame my meds lol but it's mostly just being crazy. The food samples are so good I think it just smooths the savage beasts that shop here don't stand in front of food samples to long or your likely to get shoved over or politely ask to get the hell out the way. Sorta like they do with the fork lift drivers helpers, but with all the craziness I still love Costco. Dude it's never boring. I was walking in the freezer section one day these two women are taking pictures in front of the freezers with the baby I wanted to strangle them both but it would instantly go to YouTube and me ending in handcuffs on a judge Judy type show doing 5-10 for battery assault and resisting arrest. Besides those Orange jump suits are not flattering at all. Ok gotta go get my rotisserie chicken see you there! Love Mike

This review is more about the T-Mobile kiosk within the Livermore Costco. I'm posting here, since I…read morecan't find a review for the kiosk itself. My wife and I have been buying cell phones from the kiosk forever- we must've purchased 10 -12 phones from them over the years. It's kind of hit and miss whether you get a "good" associate or not. We've been eyeing the Apple iPhone 17's and finally pulled the trigger. This time we got the worst sales person of all time. We had already been to the kiosk a couple of times over the weeks leading up to the sale, so we pretty much knew the promotions that we were going to be getting. But this guy didn't bother to tell us anything about it nonetheless. He did manage to try to upsell accessories, etc. as that is part of his job. But what irked me the most was when he asked if we wanted to purchase the additional protection and I specifically answered "no". Sure enough, T-Mobile sent us a text saying that we were enrolled in the plan. When asked how long should we expect for the arrival of the phones. He just blurted out an unthoughtful "2 days", as he didn't care at this point and he was just trying to get off the clock to take his meal break. If there were a place for me to report him, I surely would. Over the years, we have watched that kiosk decline in the value you get from buying from them. And a couple of years ago, the kiosk turned into a T-Mobile specific location. The sales people have sure gone become more disappointing in all aspects. I'm sure that Covid changed everything, including wages and trying to recruit quality employees- as a business, they just need minimum-qualification warm bodies to man the post. So sad to see how low they have gone. **Update** We got our T-Mobile bill. On it was a charge to a phone number in JAMAICA! and guess when that call was placed? Yup, when he had my phone and was doing whatever. It's possible that he was just working too fast (carelessly) or just fat-fingered a phone number (carelessness), but he could've/should've let me know that he called a wrong number and to just address that call with T-Mobile later, or better yet, he could have just addressed it to HIS company right then and there. That would've been the RIGHT thing to do. When we noticed it on our bill and matched the incident with the exact time that we were buying new phones, we did address it with T-Mobile- they were good about omitting that charge and they gave us a credit for the "mistake". We made sure that they put in an incident report for that employee. I am still scratching my head how T-Mobile can hire such low-life people to represent their company!??
