The initial overall service was nice However, when I called back explaining that my purchase was now non functional I was given the impression that they were not really listening. I then returned to the store w/ my purchase. I didn't go with any pre - set ideas that I would receive any reimbursement or exchanges. I was greeted and treated exceptionally well by the female salesperson the entire time,however the owner and other salesman were EXTREAMLY RUDE and greeted me with accusations and overall disrespect( I was basically told I was lying and was reinforced over and over. ..no exchanges.....No refunds). I entered only asking to be assisted with a possible fix. I knew it was" as...is" so,once again. ..I had no expectations. This place has no concept of customer service or anything. I'd like to add that the ps3 was not working correctly from three days after purchase.

Can't speak for the service besides getting asked if I needed to see anything, guy seemed nice though.
