Well I had chosen them to do a transfer for me last week, mostly because they had a low fee for…read moretransfers but once I got to the bussiness it had a nice family owned atmosphere, small place where you would be treated right. Well they call me today and say my transfer is in and I could pick it up before 6. Cool I thought. Well, before I go any further let me say I was having a collectable 1955 cosmoline wrapped rifle transferred. So I get there and fill out the paper work for the check, while they running it, they say have a look at the rifle. Well when I look in the shipping box at the rifle, I see that all the cosmoline wrapping has been removed... So I ask them whats up with the cosmoline being taken off completely and they say they had to take it all off to check the serial number... so this rifle that has survived 59 years wrapped and has gone thru at least 3 transfers before (import, buyer, pawn shop, and now me) suddenly had to be stripped of its cosmoline shell. I was pretty well upset about this and after a 5 minute discussion where they basically said there was nothing they could do, I took receipt of my naked rifle and a plastic grocery bag full of cosmoline wrappings and left. I felt really taken advantage of. So I get home and after looking in the box closer I see that the bayonet and cleaning kit are not in the box. So I have to call them back to look for them and now I have to go back and get them ... So after talking to the owner for a addotional 20 minutes on the phone I was told there is nothing they can do and it is MY fault for not being specific about handling instructions after they received the transfer... So i pick up the parts and only words i say is where is the tag also, i am quiet and reserved as to not escalate things. So now I'm screwed, and my collectable rifle is now worth a third less and is no longer in the more desirable collectable condition. So beware, they seem to not be concerned with having customer service, I say two thumbs down for them. If it was a honest mistake just say so and make it right as possible but they choose to blame me. Looks like I am going to have to find another FFL for transfers in the future. Beware! Shop with them at your own risk!

I did not know they have an archery range here!! Otherwise, I might have invested in a compound bow years ago! Check-in was easy. I had to fill out a waiver since it was my first time shooting here at this range. You just go to the kiosks to the far left of the check-in counter. Be sure to have your Driver's license/ID with you because you will need it to type in the number when you check into the kiosk for the waiver. Plus you will need to turn it in at the check-in desk while you're in the range. You must have safety glasses and ear protection before entering the range. If you don't own any you can purchase safety glasses for $4. My brother loaned me his ear protection and he brought his own guns and ammo. You can purchase from a variety of targets that are against the wall to the right of the counters. Just state which number to the staff. They will give you a stapler to attach to the board in the range. Holy cow! Gunfire can get EXTREMELY LOUD and jolting in there depending upon who is firing what in there. Some dude was firing a weapon that felt like it shook the range and jolted my body. My brother told me what it was they were firing but I forgot. Me and this teenager laughed and looked at each other because MY GAWD, the sound and pressure of that weapon felt like a sonic boom. LOL. They have staff inside the range to change out the back boards if needed and to sweep up the shells to prevent tripping as well. Restrooms are available as well with many multiple stalls and were very clean.

The store is small, a decent stock but nothing really spectacular. The prices are decent and the customer service is great. With that being said I would suggest shopping elsewhere if you are not in the area. I drove a great distance for some patches but they didn't have them. Happy Yelping.
