We reviewed our options and accepted their quote for a dual filtration/softener unit and added RO with mineral pack replacement and Alkaline at the kitchen faucet. Love the system! The water tastes great, our skin feels so much better and no more calcium deposits. After a year we had them install a UV light on the water system to remove any parasites etc. Every year like clock work we get our filters, mineral packs and UV light tube replacements installed. When I went outside and my patio pavers were half floating in a swampy mess, it was just icing on the cake. I started popping up pavers and digging in the mud and with everything else going on, realized this was better handled by a professional, so I got up Yelp, since I've had so much luck finding good services that way. Being as this might be an emergency, I used "emergency plumbing" and Ascend Plumbing was one of the first highly rated results. I called and they came out almost immediately. Assessed the situation and asked if I wanted them to perform the repair. That alone showed a level of honesty rarely experienced with many services. So, I definitely opted for them to make the repair so I could focus on everything else that was on my overflowing plate for the day. They excavated, repaired, pressure tested the line filled back in, and cleaned up all in a couple hours. That is THE fastest service I've ever experienced from a plumber (most took days before they'd Even come out to look). Very professional, very courteous, very respectful of my property. Tom from Flush King Plumbing came to my condo for a possible water leak in the hallway bathroom…read moreshower. Tom was very informative and patiently explained what he was doing. My water pressure was checked at 100 psi, which Tom told me was extremely high. We discussed having a water pressure regulator installed for $600. Two weeks later, Tom returned for another possible water leak in the hall bathroom toilet. Tom fixed that problem and checked my water pressure with a new water pressure gauge, and this time, my water pressure was at 70 psi. Tom was sincere and told me I didn't need the regulator installed. He could've told me it was still high and that he would have to install a regulator, and instead, he lost money but saved me money!
