You could ask for a better resource for a plumbing emergency. My Monday was a bad one. So many urgencies all stacked up. When I went outside and my patio pavers were half floating in a swampy mess, it was just icing on the cake. I started popping up pavers and digging in the mud and with everything else going on, realized this was better handled by a professional, so I got up Yelp, since I've had so much luck finding good services that way. Being as this might be an emergency, I used "emergency plumbing" and Ascend Plumbing was one of the first highly rated results. I called and they came out almost immediately. Assessed the situation and asked if I wanted them to perform the repair. That alone showed a level of honesty rarely experienced with many services. So, I definitely opted for them to make the repair so I could focus on everything else that was on my overflowing plate for the day. They excavated, repaired, pressure tested the line filled back in, and cleaned up all in a couple hours. That is THE fastest service I've ever experienced from a plumber (most took days before they'd Even come out to look). Very professional, very courteous, very respectful of my property. I needed two toilets replaced upstairs in my home. I had purchased them already but needed someone to install them and I needed a shut off valve replaced as well. I received multiple price quotes that stated parts would be changed extra and was even told from one company that I needed to pay a service fee just to get pricing from them for my project. Michael replied back to me right away, gave me fair, flat pricing for what I needed and worked with my availability. He used his own parts to install my two new toilets and stuck to his quoted pricing. He even included the haul away in the price he gave me. When my appointment day came he was on time, friendly, professional, clean, and even put on booties over his shoes to walk into my home. We have a Pre-Rinse single handle kitchen faucet. I knew all it probably needed was a washer but had never taken one apart nor really wanted to. Other plumber companies I called either wanted to play games about a quote or in one case insisted on replacing it (over the phone). Micheal at Ascent stated a service call price and being familiar with the problem (washer) when I called. He said if that's all it is the service call price would cover it. He came exactly on time, fixed the faucet and as a bonus, fixed a dishwasher drain issue we had. All for the service call price. Again 4 day wait for next visit. All were great, but Mom just didn't want to wait. Ascend was our third plumber and was a charm. Michael is very experienced, knowledgeable and professional.. He was able to make it out the next morning where no one else could come until Tuesday. Best of all he had all the parts! He was on time and my mom really appreciated him. Thank goodness for these guys! My stupid sink started backing up in my kitchen. Being a first time home owner is stressful and I wasnt prepared with a trusted plumber yet. Got referred to Element and am so happy to have a plumber that i can trust. Michael worked around my work schedule and even gave me info about how to maximize my hot water tank output. He let me know that my leaky faucets in my shower could be fixed with a few quick adjustments (and that I didn't have to get new fixtures) and that my drain being plugged.... was from 12 feet under my unit. Cool to know the dirty details. He was very clean, respected my house, didn't make a bunch of noise and disrupt my space. Even sanitized my sink after clearing the clog. We didn't know the source Of the leak or where to even start so I called Element Plumbing for mom. Micheal and his crew arrived promptly, both were very polite, and extremely professional. Before steppIng inside the property they went to their truck to grab booties (despite me saying they didn't have to). Micheal found the leak source right away. To fix the problem required a specific part which he unfortunately ran out of. He said that he would grab the necessary part(s) and woils have the work one by that afternoon.
