And they'll text you, basically scheduling the appointment for you so it's a no-brainer. The lazy person's dream! My dream! Look. If you're an individual whose taxes are pretty simple, like you don't have 79 dependents and 3 new homes and whatever, then go see my girl Diana. If you ARE that individual with that many bullet points to your tax situation, maybe find a CPA to do them instead. 'Cuz I don't want D to be bothered with that anyway. Oh, and I paid $112.
