Terrible customer service! Employees were down right arrogant and rude. I will NEVER come back here.

BW has won the last two years Burger Week so I had high expectations. Also looking at the menu, I will be certain to visit again as it had some awesome looking burgers listed. The Burger Experience The description promised a lot: a double 1/4lb burger on a toasted brioche bun, loaded with fried mozzarella, crispy bacon, sweet-smoky bourbon bacon jam, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomato. While the burger was definitely tasty it sadly missed  the mark as vibes didn't  match the promo photo or description. Maybe it was due to Burger Week Kitchen Fatigue, who knows but I hope the kitchen sees this review and steps up their presentation.  Comparing the promo shot to the actual burger was a big miss. The promo showed a perfectly architectural tower with massive onion straws, while the actual burger relied more on the fried mozzarella and bacon for bulk. It was a solid burger, but the kitchen missed the mark IMO. The Sides & Service The real star of the show might have been the Waffle Sweet Potato Fries. I asked for them to be extra crispy, and the kitchen nailed it--perfectly crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. As for the service, it was just okay. It was a busy Saturday afternoon during a Burger Week so it was a packed house, so while it wasn't stellar, it was functional. In fact, the table next to use was seated after us, had more people 4vs2 and  they served and nearly finished before our food even arrived to the table. Final Verdict If you're in Norcross it's worth a stop to check out B&W based on the menu options but don't expect too much from the Burger Week Burger.

There's also a balcony for al fresco dining. Cute, cozy brick interior. As for the food....YUM, YUM, YUM. We had the smash burgers. Believe me when I say the Celine Dijon was outstanding!!! Sounds strange but the crispy friend cheese was unique and with bacon jam.....Home run. Would come back just for that. Mr. Egon was good, but didn't compare to Celine. Handcut fries were plentiful but thought were overly seasoned. Dipping sauce was .75 extra. We shared the generous slice of whipped peanut butter pie, drizzled with fudge. Would have preferred whipped cream. My preference. Drinks were not strong. Orders were served with that sweet southern hospitality. Highly recommend reservations for weekend. Public parking provided in back can easily fill up on weekends.

Quality food, good beer selection. Nice seating, pretty private at table. We enjoyed the place/atmosphere more than the food, though the food was a good quality. Nothing grabbed us about this place. I feel bad saying it, service was great, too. Try it, you might enjoy it.

The burger and tater tots were also very good. The menu offers a wide variety of specialty burgers with plenty of customization options, including grass-fed beef for a small upcharge. Fair prices for the quality and quantity of food--definitely left in a food coma. Service: Service was efficient and the food came out well-prepared. No major issues during the visit. Atmosphere: Located in downtown Dahlonega, making it easy to explore nearby shops and dessert spots before or after your meal. The tavern has a darker, eclectic vibe with artwork, punk music, and a slightly edgy feel. The décor fits the restaurant's origins and personality, though the lighting--including in the restrooms--is quite dim. Parking downtown can be somewhat difficult during busy times.

I asked for some Tabasco sauce to help make the sandwich more palatable to eat, instead of being brought a bottle like most restaurants would give you they gave me a condiment cup full of Tabasco sauce, too much for anyone to use. When the bill came for an extra 50 Cent charge for it, I didn't fight it because it was 50 Cent and I just wanted to leave, but it was frustrating. I've never been charged for condiments / hot sauce at a restaurant I'm giving two stars because the server was nice and patient while we figured out what my little one needed to order she had to come back to the table a couple times, but they should have mentioned the surcharge for the hot sauce at the time that I requested it. Would I come back here again for a meal, no. Would I consider coming back to try a cocktail, maybe, only because overheard the bartender speaking to some patrons quite passionately about the flavors which they put together so I would give this part. Another chance even though the kitchen has lost my confidence,

It's generously portioned, and it's more than enough for two. Pizza wise, we got the "Meatsiah" consisting of "signature cheese blend, crispy Ezzo pepperoni, house-made Italian sausage, thick-cut Nuke's bacon, [and] tender shaved ribeye." It was amazingly good and some of the best pizza I've had anywhere. I washed mine down with a Creature Comforts Tropicalia as one does. It's a stylish upscale place. It came out fine, so he ordered a second one--only to have the manager come over after the order was placed to say they were "too busy" to accommodate those same modifications again. Apparently the server "shouldn't have allowed it." That's not just inconsistent, it's poor communication and puts the customer (and server) in an awkward spot for no reason. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich that was honestly one of the driest things I've ever tried to eat. I could barely get through two bites. The fries that came with it left me with pretty bad indigestion later, which is unusual for me. Our daughters ordered pizza, which was fine--but it arrived about 30 minutes after our food, so we weren't even eating together as a family. We also ordered a bottle of prosecco that was barely chilled. We had to ask for an ice bucket just to make it drinkable. Between the food quality, inconsistent service, and overall experience, this was a miss across the board.
