Library Bar and Grill is a wonderful placed tucked right next to the University of Oklahoma! The atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff were *extremely* friendly and kind. I visited during the OU-UA football game and it was a great place to eat my feelings away haha. The food was magnificent and cooked straight from order, still steam from how fresh it was! Overall, I highly recommend this place for its wonderful atmosphere, food, and staff! Tip: come early before rush, you'll enjoy it!

You must order the pretzel and beer cheese. One of the best pretzels I've ever had. I ordered the chicken Alfredo pizza. The crust was great, nice and fluffy. The sauce and toppings were what you would expect, pretty standard. My son got a cheese burger. It had a good charbroiled flavor and slight crunch. Good experience and would definitely come back for a pretzel.

I have been in Norman for quite some time now and I have wanted to try The Library for some time now. The place is cute and it looks like a house and the restaurant only has 9 tables. I am currently on a gluten free diet so I was disappointed to see that they didn't have any gluten free options for any of their meals. Despite that I still ordered a pizza because they looked really good. I was a little underwhelmed when I went to eat the pizza because there wasn't much flavor in the crust. I will say they have some good specials in there and the food is really well priced.

Great atmosphere, good service and a large variety of tab. Spinach cheese dip and salsa was pleasant. Pizza was very good. We had 2 pizzas pepperoni and the only one was sausage.

My favorite place in Norman! I always come after class for either their happy hour pizza or a nice glass of wine. My favorite is their BBQ chicken with a side of ranch. It's also a plus that they have the cutest patio and quick service. .

Located at NW corner of the university campus, very close to the art museum and Jacobson House Native American Center. So many trees around it we passed it twice before we "found" it! Typical pub menu and reasonably stocked bar. We shared an appetizer and a pizza for a light lunch. I sampled a summer ale (blueberry wheat I think) but ordered the house chardoney; hubby had a Long Island tea. Both were nice choices. Small, intimate space, with only 8 tables & booths plus the bar and 3 tables on the patio. Quiet so we could chat. Two TVs tuned to sports. Lovely setting, friendly service.

Veggie Pizza (I'm not a fan of black olives, normally on the pizza also)

I had the pretzel for a starter that was good, the beer cheese was looser than I'm used to but was good. The pizza is very good and fresh tasting. As for the beer selection, WOW great selection. The staff looked very happy to serve anyone walking in the door or sitting outside. Nice little gem

One of the best patio dining in Norman. Specially on Sunday night for $5 pizza. Great fun and college atmosphere.

I debated between a four- and five-star rating, but overall this was still a five-star experience…read more This was my second visit, and I returned because I remembered having the best steak I'd ever eaten here. While this steak wasn't quite as impressive, it was a bit tougher than I'd hoped, the flavor was still phenomenal, with a great smoky, straight-off-the-grill taste. Our server, Gracie, was fantastic: friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our large party. We ordered several appetizers and enjoyed most of them, though the cornbread was noticeably dry according to several people at the table. The coconut pineapple margarita was a standout and well worth ordering. The tropical flavors were delicious, and the coconut rim was a great touch. I also loved my salad, especially the tomatoes, which were surprisingly flavorful. For my entrée, the steak was cooked well and paired nicely with the mashed potatoes. Although the texture kept it from matching my first visit, it was still very enjoyable. One thing we really enjoyed was the atmosphere. We were seated in a room toward the back near the wine cellar, adjacent to a pond outside. It ended up being a great spot because we could watch people enjoying the outdoor area throughout the evening. The restaurant struck a nice balance, it felt upscale and welcoming without being overly quiet. Our group was able to be a little loud and goofy without feeling out of place, which made the experience even more fun. What ultimately secured the five-star rating was dessert. I can't remember its name, but it's pictured in the photo. It was enormous and absolutely incredible, one of the best desserts I've ever had and the perfect ending to the meal. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this restaurant. The steak wasn't quite as tender as I remembered, but the excellent service, great drinks, solid appetizers, enjoyable atmosphere, and outstanding dessert made for a wonderful experience.

I decided to treat myself today and ordered the Wagyu steak, expecting it to be something special…read more Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. Another person in my group also ordered the Wagyu steak, and we both felt the same way--it was not good at all. For a $51 steak, I expected excellent quality, but instead it tasted like something you could buy at a dollar store. I ended up leaving hungry because I couldn't bring myself to eat it. I do want to recognize the staff. Our server was a very polite young man who provided excellent service, and the hostess was welcoming and hospitable. In the end, my bill was around $60 because I decided to splurge on myself today. It's disappointing to spend that much money only to end up wasting it on a steak I couldn't eat. I truly hope the restaurant takes another look at the quality of its Wagyu steak because it did not live up to its price.

We've come to Norman, Oklahoma two years in a row for work, and we've eaten at Pub W both times…read more This visit was just as great as I remembered, if not better! Our service and meal were absolutely fantastic. I wish I could remember our server's name, but she took care of our group of about 12 in the back room and was on top of everything all night. She was so kind, patient, and willing to repeat things when needed, which is huge when you have that many people trying to get attention at once. She even thanked us for coming in, which was such a sweet touch. The food was amazing. She accidentally brought out an extra side of squash puppies and let us keep them, so I tried them even though I hadn't ordered them. Let me tell you, you HAVE to order them. They were absolutely divine, and the butter and jam they come with are incredible. I started with a salad, which was also very good, and then ordered the chicken bruschetta based on our server's recommendation. The Brussels sprouts were insane, so flavorful and easily one of my favorite parts of the meal. The bruschetta was delicious too, and I ended up eating almost all of it. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend Pub W to anyone. The back room was the perfect spot for our large group and had such a fun, relaxed vibe. We'll definitely be back the next time work brings us to Norman!
