When it was time to sign out and get his prescription, I asked the lady who was so ugly to the other employee what her name was, she said Rachel. The other 2 employees were sweet as could be, one was Catelyn and the other was Selena. This Rachel lady was horrible, not only did she treat these girls awful, she was talking about patients so load you could hear her clearly in the waiting room. She was also talking about one of the Doctors, I believe it was a foot doctor. Talking about how stupid and arrogant he was. This past week, I took my father in law back to this same office. This Rachel lady needs to be fired. She talks so much crap about patients after they leave the office, she treats these two young ladies horrible and talks crap about the Doctors. the doctors suck and literally gave me zero help. gave me prescriptions that were totally…read moreunnecessary (i could have just taken advil). this was my first time coming in here because i needed to see a doctor asap and had no where else to go, the place had three starts and seemed convenient so i thought id give it a try. ive had jaw pains and thought it was an ear infection so i went in and explained my symptoms. he said my ears were good but in the end prescribed me amoxil. last time i checked, that was for infections and i certainly did not have an infection, even he said so. he didnt listen to my symptoms or what was hurting. googled it later and it turns out i have TMJ. Any good doctor would look into my symptoms and make suggestions or recommendation as to what is possibly going on. he might as well have just said "ok, idk whats wrong but here are some pills that aren't even gonna treat your pain that'll be $74." because that's literally how my visit went. in summary, never come here.

I like the Costco independent clinic because I know they aren't incentivized to sell me something since they don't actually sell products.

They called me to get ask me my name, birthday in front of other patient to enter to the system for eye check. She didn't give any instructions what to do. The doctor called me and then he said oh not you yet. After the patient in front of me the doctor went out his office and said don't accept anymore patient I need to go home. so why accept appointments if you need to go home? According to their sign they are open up to 5pm. My appointment is 3:45 and I was there at 3:15. I saw the doctor less than 5 minutes. I am very disappointed and I am not recommending this office or doctor. their office is not clean the wipes they used to clean the machine was all over the place and it's not even disposable cleaner. the cleaner even have make up on it and it's just sitting on the table where the machine was located.
