Wow!!! I had a consult here with April a few weeks ago and I'm really excited to get Moxie and a few ClearSilk treatments done after my sun exposure is done for the summer. I was really impressed by the high-tech face scanner that she used to check the condition of my skin. I am just leaving Pacific Coast Aesthetics after getting a fantastic diamond glow facial from Sara. My skin is radiant! I have very sensitive skin, and I'm used to facials making me react poorly. Sara was really responsive when I told her one lotion was starting to tingle a bit too much, so she immediately removed it and used a different product which felt great. Worst experience ever. Paid $3k for Truebody and 8 weeks later there is no difference in my abs - ZERO! Day of treatment I had also scheduled TruFlex based on the spa's recommendation. I decided after one unexpected, incredibly uncomfortable session, you couldn't pay me to get three more! BUT instead of charging me $250 and cancelling the three remaining treatments, I got charged a full $750 for apparently 'breaking a package.' Never did I get any of the costs or description of procedure in writing. Hindsight! Of course I researched online and it didn't begin to describe how painful the TruFlex really is. I've asked for $500 back and never rec'd a response, NOR has anyone followed up to see how I was doing, how the TrueBody worked for me ... NOTHING! Beware of this treatment and certainly don't get ripped off by this spa like I did. read more

I have been coming here for my Laser treatment and Botox and my skin is has improved tremendously. Sun spots are all faded and melasma is under control. I have noticed my pores are smaller too! My wrinkle lines are nearly gone after regular Botox and annual Lasers. I am definitely aging gracefully and no one knows i get these treatments, they think I am using some miracle cream. Which I do also use from PCA (they have the best medical grade skincare products) The staff are so sweet and knowledgeable and the providers have all been amazing. I treat myself to a facial microdermabrasion with Sara and give my friends gift certificates and they have all raved about how much better the facial helps with their skin. HALO-DOSN'T WORK, OWNER WONT ANSWER I went to PCA two years ago for a consult. Their process was to have their Vizio machine scan my face and show me the severity of my wrinkles, redness, sun damage etc. They recommended HALO laser for around $2200 to address these concerns. They told me there would be definite improvement after one...but the more the better. Every year would be best. The place was beautiful and clean, The staff friendly, They had advanced machinery and I decided to take their recommendation and did two laser halo treatments about 11 months apart. They never suggested that I go back and redo the Vizio machine to see the progress from the treatments, but I asked, and when I went back recently for Botox, they put me back on the machine, and I was dismayed to see that my numbers had not improved at all! Most categories were unchanged, one was the smallest bit better and one worse! I was shocked. I didn't expect a radical transformation, but I did pay almost $5000 and this was their recommendation and their own computer was telling me there was absolutely no improvement. I reached out to the owner April by email and asked if she could offer me some explanation. At first, she said she would review my results and get back to me, and then she just ghosted me. I emailed her three times total and no response! Don't be fooled by the beautiful office and friendly people and fancy equipment. The Botox was great and I was happy with that, but I will be finding another med spa that is ethical and at the very least bother to respond to my concerns. That is a huge red flag to me. I got a Moxi Laser + BBL Hero on my face, neck and chest at Pacific Coast Aesthetics in December of 2023. I didn't think I needed a fractional laser as I was only trying to target redness and my skin wasn't too bad, but they convinced me to do the Moxi, saying I wasn't a candidate for the other lasers. The treatment itself was great. They made me very comfortable. After the appointment, they send you home with some products and you are not supposed to use anything else on your skin for several weeks. They didn't give me nearly enough product. A year later, after multiple calls and appointments, I still have track marks all over my chest and there are visible bumps all across my cheeks. The laser destroyed my skin. I went in for a follow up and they gave me brightening wipes with some kind of acid to lighten the track marks. When that didn't work, I called and asked to be seen by someone. The receptionists just kept telling me to send in a picture. I said "I don't want to send in a picture, I want someone to look at my skin in person." But they wouldn't schedule me. I paid almost $2k for this treatment and my skin has never recovered. Careful who you trust to treat you with these kinds of lasers. They are really strong and can do permanent damage if the practitioner doesn't know what they're doing. read more

I love this place! As soon as I walked in, I felt pampered and nurtured. April is amazing! She's very knowledgeable, easygoing, patient, and doesn't try to sell services that you don't need. I came into my first appointment ever terrified and the staff - the whole staff is warm, welcoming, & bring a whole lot of comfort to their patients. Their techniques are up to par with the whole processes flowing excellently from start to finish. Treatments I Received; - Jeuveau: highest level of Botox with there being 3 or 4 tiers - Belotero Balance Plus: lowest level for lip fillers and worked excellent for the look I wanted and there are 3 tires for fillers If I got the numbers of tiers incorrect I'll update this information for sure. Nonetheless, I am a very happy camper with my results and it takes Jeuveau about two weeks to fully activate so I am really looking forward to those results. My lips are amazing and couldn't ask for better results. Now I got Jeuveau because my dentist said that I clinch my jaw so much it is causing my gums to recede and instead of spending another six grand for grating I'll get "Botox" Jeuveau. As for getting my lips done... I HAVE always wanted my lips to be fuller and finally accomplished that here! I am going back for Halo at the end of September so I'll be editing this post after those results. I am receiving treatment with the Halo laser unit for; anti-aging to correct fine lines, pores, discoloration (including melasma/sun damage), and scars. This machine has a lot of benefits for just one treatment every 9 months to 12 months, depending what type of results you want and your age. But the full look kicks in 3/4 months after treatment. I went in today to get a BBL facial with Jen. After assessing my skin and desired results she suggested I get the Moxi instead. She said it would be the best bang for my buck! Jen and her PA were super awesome, they made me feel at ease and were super sweet and personable. During the process of the facial, which was tolerable but a little painful, they made me feel incredibly comfortable and supported. They gave me a blanket, a wedge for my legs to rest on, a squishy stress ball to hold, and continued to explain what was happening so nothing caught me off guard. They were quick and efficient but still thorough and managed to make me feel very taken care of. Everyone in the office including reception, were warm and welcoming and very friendly. I have super bad acne! This was my first microdermabrasion. I was a little nervous but my aesthetician Kristen was professional and knowledgeable about the process.
