One of the main reasons that I love this theatre so much is that they are constantly making improvements to enhance the theatre experience for their patrons. The formerly open-air theatre is now climate controlled and enclosed, the lighting and sound systems have been updated, and this year they upgraded the hard plastic seating to plush velvet theatre seats! Their website is easy to navigate and it makes purchasing tickets a breeze. The stage set-up ensures that there is truly not a bad seat in the house. Last, but certainly not least, the talent is phenomenal year after year. Musicals of note that I have seen there over the years are Jesus Christ Superstar, Les Misérables, The Sound of Music, and Phantom. The shows and voices were incredible every time. Plays and comedies are put on there as well and well worth the price of admission. Speaking of which, ticket prices are surprisingly affordable, and if you are a savvy ticket buyer, you can usually find a thrifty Thursday or a "two for Tuesday" performance for a reduced rate. I especially appreciate this because even though I am on a tight budget, I make it a point to take my 12 year old to as many shows as possible because he loves them as much as I do!

We purchased our tickets online for an early Sunday matinee and when we arrived the entire place was practically empty. They didn't even have anyone there checking our stubs. We could have easily walked in with no ticket. We grabbed a drink, popcorn, and some milk duds and headed to find our seats. I will say the entire theater was pretty clean.... As it should have been, it wasn't even 11am yet. The quality of the screen and sound was just fine... although we could hear the movie that was showing next to ours, having it that loud isn't necessary. Our seats were comfy, but we were freezing. Good thing we brought blankets! Overall, we had a good time. The movie was great!

We were a little early, so we shopped at the store next door. I of course bought them a toy each. We got to the theater, and the manager said we needed to leave the toys outside or he couldn't let us in. Keep in mind, the toys were in their package and in the store bag. I had to put my autistic sons outside or not be admitted or refunded. The tears pouring from his face was so heart breaking. Absolutely disgusting that a theater in a damn mall wouldn't let them Bring their bought product in. Updates: We had to leave because with him being autistic he didn't understand and started puking. Thankfully the dangerous toy was still outside. What a joke of a company. No wonder theaters are failing.
