I only go occasionally for that reason and sometimes I might find something that I can wear. I not a big fan of a lot of African-centric clothing so I will always pass on them. Some of the same ladies that are working at the store have been with this owner from the beginning and I guess that says a lot about the owner. Everyone is always friendly to me; never had a bad experience.

When I brought this to their attention, their response was not just dismissive -- it was downright condescending. They told me the return "shouldn't have been necessary" and claimed I "chose to proceed" with the order despite the error -- which is flat-out false. I placed the order first, noticed the issue later, and asked them to clarify. Instead of taking accountability for the design flaw, they shifted blame to the manufacturer and implied the problem was somehow my fault for noticing too late. Even after I returned the item (which they accepted), they refused to issue a full refund -- withholding shipping costs and trying to charge a restocking fee for a product that was defective from the start. Their attitude throughout was arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional -- treating a valid customer concern like an inconvenience. I've since filed a BBB complaint and a dispute with Affirm. If you value honesty, fair policies, or even basic customer service, do not shop at Wish ATL. The product was wrong, the tone was rude, and the experience was exhausting.

The first time I came here, I ordered my hubby two bundles of t-shirts in his size (12 in a bundle for $26 - $30 each) and the t-shirts were 2 sizes too small! Despite the no refund, no exchange policy written clearly on the bottom of the receipt, I returned to the store and nicely (with a mean eye and a smile) demanded an exchange. He said "What, they were too small?". Well, yes, sir, they were too small! If he knows the t-shirts run small then he could have said so before I purchased them but, anyway, he exchanged my t-shirts for larger sizes with no other comment. So, a word to the wise, check out the sizes before you purchase. Other than that, I have no complaints. It's a great place to stock up on the underwear.
