Had everything I was looking for in the size I was looking for. Got two hats and I love them.

Service Steer clear go to other locations like Newark or…read moreJersey Gardens. I had a very disappointing experience tonight at the Nike outlet store. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing and wanted to try on a few items in the fitting room before making a purchase. When I asked to use the fitting room, the sales associate--who I later realized was the manager--responded in a way that felt rude and unnecessary. She told me that I was limited to six items, not to leave a mess, and that the store closes at 8. While I understand store policies and closing times, the way it was communicated felt dismissive and accusatory. I had just come from the gym and was dressed casually, and I couldn't help but feel that assumptions were made about me based on my appearance, as if I were going to leave a mess in the fitting room. As a frequent Nike shopper, I found this interaction disappointing and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, when I went to check out, the same manager switched places with another associate so she wouldn't have to assist me at the register. I've always had positive experiences shopping with Nike, which is why this stood out so much. I hope this feedback helps ensure that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism in the future.. Selection Tough part of the experience is they have really good sales so hopefully you know your sizes so you can be self served by yourself since associates are not approachable or act like their job is not to help or talk to you! Value Loyal Nike shopper but this experience is why I tend to just shop on Nike online.

When I asked her to take the item back to the shelf to get the actual price, she did not initially want to even bring the item with her. When I finally found the price tag had stuck to my purse while this cashier was away in the aisles looking for my price, she came back with the incorrect price $45 ($15 more than my item). When I gave the price tag to her, then right in front of herself and her register, she read my item now being $30, which I told her, that was the price, I saw and another Target staff told me. This cashier did not apologize that she was wrong. Or even just to apologize for her mistake at all. I did not think much of her serving the public.

In doing so, I had to speak to someone in another country that I could barely understand. This is "AMERICA." Okay, to make a long story short this is my first and last time that I will have my order delivered from Target. If I can't pick it up at the store, I will not be ordering any items. Virtual Assistant is horrible & will never replace man. No matter how much money you try to save by using virtual assistance to replace people it will eventually fail.

Anyway my PCP tried to reassure me that body changes were ok because "not everyone is going to be a Lands End model." Not Victoria's Secret - Lands End lololol I'm so dead. Bless her heart. Such a New Hampshire thing to say lmao. Turns out it was PCOS but it'd take me another 5 years to figure that out. Conversation for another day. Anyway I've come full circle. I've been getting targeted ads on social for cute plus size clothes - spring nauticals and the like. However the ills of capitalism and Ozempic have colluded to steadily decrease the availability of plus size clothing in stores for years. I was STOKED to see Lands End had a brick n mortar with plus sizes in store. The last time I'd seen them was in Sears before they went the way of the dodo. I mean if you're gonna have a regular degular cardigan for $89 I'm gonna need to try it on and feel the material before I part with my coins. We went to this location and while my husband tried on pants I stealthily made my way around the store looking for the plus sizes. I'm still not over the hour drive to Anthropologie in Short Hills a few years ago only to learn they had removed their plus sizes. I wanted to save myself from similar embarrassment and heartbreak here. At first I didn't see any - just a sign on the wall that said Sizes 16w-24w shop online for more selection. As I planned my strongly worded yet classy crash out to corporate, I noticed some plus sizes on the shelf. Mixed in with straight sizes. :GASP: I'm so used to being relegated to a dark corner in the back of the store it didn't occur to me that the clothes would be right in front of my face. Now don't get too hype because the selection was somewhat limited - though they did have the sweater and pants I had seen online. Truthfully though the women's collection in general was a bit limited because they had given over 1/2 the store to women's swimwear. I'm interested to see how the store changes as we get deeper into the season headed towards fall. Everything was 40% off and the sales associates were very friendly. Now that I have a better idea of sizing and material I can shop for other pieces I wanted online with more confidence. I hope they continue to stock plus sizes in store and expand their offerings. In the meantime I'll be swapping my disappointing letter to corporate for an encouraging one.

Really nice staff and all reasonable sizes available. It just a shame the store is stuck in the dead zone of a poorly designed mall. Four solid stars.
