Last trip to a formal wear purveyor was their sister company Jos. A Bank just down the street from this store, and that was to buy a halfway respectable "interview suit" for a reasonable price. After all, there's always some sort of "sale" at these places. Didn't have worry about that here, as the attire package was all picked out by my buddy (or likely his fiancée lol). It was just a matter of getting measured and choosing a pickup location. Ángel helped me out and he was awesome. The store only had 1 other staff member inside and was surprisingly busy for a Thursday late morning- Angel advised that this is a very busy time for them. While I did have to wait a few minutes for help after my 11 am appointment, I understand. Between phone calls and several walk-ins, the staff are humans, not octopuses. Angel got everything done for me in 10-15 minutes max, even with multitasking: shoes fitted, pants, jacket, and you could tell he is an experienced professional. I'm lanky and he picked out the right stuff to try on, the first time! He also explained their policy about being able to get re-measured up to a month prior to the pickup time, and you can change pickup locations within 2 weeks of the pickup time. The price was nearly $250, not cheap and the only thing holding back 5 stars here. There's also a non-refundable $12 "damage & handling" fee, just call it nickel and diming and drop the euphemisms. Hey, that's the wedding racket for ya. It's all worth it for a friend, and I'm glad I got the great help from Angel. He made everything (aside from the cost) painless, and made me wonder why I put this off so long!

I was at Verizon yesterday and in the middle of my consultation on 5G, an oddly shaped bald man with a tape measure was fitting me for a suit. They couldn't survive WFH and their previous roster of eighteen Jersey stores have dwindled to a handful but in retrospect, I'll miss being assaulted by their all-too-eager salesforce upon entry and the ubiquitous buy two suits get seven free business model. Who needs seven suits when half the homebound workforce is still debating whether to shower seven times this month. Farewell Men's Wearhouse.

The associates in Shoes and Men's Fragrances were amazing helping me when needed and making recommendations based on what my original asks were. Unacceptable Customer Service - Empty Package & Total Radio Silence…read moreRating: / 5 I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with my recent experience with Macy's and Furniq. I placed an order (Order #4760890974) for a merchandise item, but when the package arrived, the box was completely empty. The merchandise I paid for was entirely missing. Receiving an empty package is bad enough, but the customer service from both companies has been absolutely unacceptable. I reached out to both Macy's and Furniq multiple times to report the missing items and get this resolved. Instead of helping a verified consumer, both companies have been completely radio silent. Neither brand has responded to my emails or support requests. It is incredibly unprofessional to take a customer's money, deliver an empty box, and then completely ignore them when they ask for help. I am now forced to escalate this directly with my bank to dispute the charge. Buyer beware: If anything goes wrong with your shipment, do not expect either of these companies to step up or provide any customer support. I will not be shopping with either brand ever again.

However, as…read morethe years have gone on the mall has degraded over time for most of the same reasons as to why many malls today are going out. The stores are all going out due to too much online shopping, as well as shoplifting, and of course the variety of stores shrinking over time. The mall used to have a much better variety of stores in the past from a toy store, a Wendy's, a Chick-fil A, and many other stores that are no longer a part of it. The mall today is almost completely barren and empty with little to no surviving stores left which is sad. Sure it has been modernized and renovated over the years to help give it a more modern feel, but it is only a matter of time before it is completely gone and torn down to make room for another warehouse. The only good thing about it now is the food court selection is slightly better than in the past and all the food places are all in the same vicinity not scattered like it used to be. But in the end, the stores now don't offer the same quality or value of products you would get in the past when there were much better stores to choose from.
