The two employees and myself were standing next to it to get some relief. This store always has dressing room fans but they didn't help today, just blew around hot air, I would have shopped longer to try on items had it not been so hot. The mall is legitimately dying out. As an elder cripple person (MS) using 2 canes to walk I informed him about the MAJOR PROBLEM getting into the store. You're unable to use ANY of the hand rails getting up and down their stairs because of the SEVERE birdshit PROBLEM that adorns ALL the railings. In fact Kim had to help me down the stairs when leaving (she kindly carried my 2 bags to the car parked in handicap). Shawn the mgr told me they have a problem with the neighbors birds. They are infested with large groupings of birds and they like to use Lane Bryants rails. Since I had just used the bathroom (they wait outside your door til done) and noticed TONS of paper towels and cleaning supplies. TONS!! I told Shawn the mgr that those items would GREATLY GREATLY HELP AND BE APPRECIATED by all us old and handicap customers. But was basically pood pood me (no pun intended) and didn't understand that their neighbors problems make it Lane Bryants problem. Take a hose to it or wipe them down. It's that simple. The problem is that I am plus size and often the items I can order run small, don't come in my size and are usually not available to try on. Enter Custom Ink! Custom Ink has two showrooms in my area. One turned out to be minutes from my office in West Princeton. The other is in KOP which is an easily accessible area. The showrooms have samples of all the types of clothing and accessories you can have customized. Sadly for me there were only 2 plus size items that I could try on but I made them work! Almost all of the samples in the store were medium and large which limited who could actually make the most of the showroom. I would love to see more in store options available in a variety of sizes. Also, some items in the store can only be ordered in a quantity of 6 but there are several that you can order individually like I did. Once you pick your pieces you get to work with graphic artist to design what you want your item to say. Dj is the designer who worked with me. He had a great knack for picking fonts that work well with others. Together we designed both of my shirts until I was totally happy with the graphic. DJ even ran it by other employees for their feedback because each person in the store has an eye for what will work well. Each of my shirts came to $34. Pricy for a t-shirt but its a t-shirt that I helped to design and I know it will fit. That makes the shirt pretty close to priceless. This was a super fun experience and as long as the shirts hold up I expect I'll be back.

I worked with Jen N who was kind, courteous, and super helpful in finding shoes that were right for me! I even ordered a pair (FREE SHIPPING!) from her and that was an effortless process. I was even able to nab a great deal on socks for my husband. The belts, shoes, and socks are always of the high Clarks quality I've come to expect. The store is small but they still have a great selection of items (and can order stuff too!!).
