For example, their energy bra (medium support) is so attractive you could wear it on a casual date. The point of improvement would be to have a clasp at the back for easy on and off. Sales items are at the back of the store near the dressing rooms or in the bins (i.e.: a foldable back pack at less than $40) near the cash register. The store has a clean and spacious bathroom. Moreover, this Lululemon in Princeton supported the local 2017 Yelp event "Yelp does yoga" by offering awesome and luxurious new yoga mats to be offered to Yelpers after the yoga class. By doing so, Lululemon helped a privately owned studio yoga. It is great Lululemon is involved in the local community. You can park on the street with metered parking or at an affordable private parking. read more

I was in Princeton to visit a few friends who live near the university. I stopped by this store before driving home and was impressed by how neat and orderly it was. The interior looks different (a lot more wood paneling) than other lululemon locations I've been to. I looked around but couldn't find the WMTM section even though the store was nicely sized. I didn't have to try anything on but I took a peek at the fitting room area and it looked very clean and well-lit and had an employee waiting for people to try on stuff. I added a few items to my collection and talked to the friendly employee who was working the cash register and who folded merchandise and receipt neatly. My family and I are longtime serious lululemon shoppers for YEARS. Bought a pair of align shorts at the Princeton store for my daughter 3 days ago for $64. She wore them once yesterday, sat on the stadium benches for a few minutes after running and the entire bottom of the short pilled. Took them back this morning and they refused to return or exchange them. It's unfortunate that they can't stand by their "premium" brand and now with other great options like Vuori, Alo, Beyond Yoga, Outdoor Voices next time we're shopping, we'll probably go elsewhere. read more

This review is strictly for Lululemon's free yoga classes. Within the past year I have gone to various Sunday yoga practices and I have loved every one. Each month the store features a different studio and teachers from those studios lead the practice. Again, the practice starts at 9am and usually lasts about an hour. My favorite time of the year to practice is during the summer because they move their practice outside to Palmer Square. Yes, people can see you and they do stop and watch for a little. Recently Lululemon in conjunction with YogaSoul also sponsored another (free!) yoga class outside of the Princeton Art Museum and there were even snacks (sushi, mini cupcakes, bai juice, fresh fruit and veggies) afterwards! Lululemon keeps an active Facebook page so check often for the latest free yoga classes! read more

Went in Saturday evening and had an encounter with two employees. The older chipper lady helped us and was nice enough to point out clearance items that resembled the items similar to those in our hands. She was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. She gets 6 stars! The four of us split up in the store. The younger, simpleminded one (zero stars) had the nerve to look at my above-size-12 self and ask "Are you shopping here for someone else?" The good news for her is that I came with others and that kept me being polite. Because if I had been alone, there would have been a scene and that little girl would have been a puddle on the ground running home to her mama. Once you get over the initial sticker shock, you will find yourself among the rest of us devoted Lululemon lovers willing to shell out $90 for a pair of yoga pants. Now, whether you choose to do yoga in them is up to you. Their workout clothes are great quality and they make you look fabulous -- it's extra motivation for me to see my butt look nice in workout gear as I hit up the gym... or just lounge around the apartment. Their Be Still / Still pants rock -- you will live in them. I knocked a star down for service at this location -- seems to be hit or miss. This is really a review for the free Sunday morning yoga classes, which start at 9am. They are truly free. Top instructors from around the area come to the store to teach fantastic classes. They provide yoga mats, if you need. You should arrive at least 10-15 mins early. I arrived 30 mins early and found that to be really too early. I practice yoga a lot and found the class to be perfect for beginners and more advanced practitioners. I did buy my yoga mat at Lululemon a few years ago and it has held up great. It's nice and thick, so my knees don't hurt during certain poses. Great store... read more

Disclaimer: I haven't actually ever bought anything from Lululemon. As a poor college student, their products are WAY out of my budget. However, their FREE yoga sessions on Sunday mornings keep me coming back every week. Top yoga instructors in the area are invited to teach a class each week. You can bring your own mat or borrow one of theirs. Oh, and be sure to arrive around 30 minutes early to get a good spot (or a spot at all), as each session tends to be really full. I really love this location. The staff is super-friendly and has always offered me good advice on yoga studios in the area, even if I don't end up buying anything from them. When I do save up enough cash one day, Lululemon will definitely gain my service. read more

Lululemon was brought to my awareness by a bike-riding enthusiast friend of mine, who swore up and down by their tops and bottoms for physical acitvities. I've never been a person who wants to pay more than 20 bucks on stuff I'm going to get sweaty in, and at that time they were only opened in NYC. Now they are open in a great location on Nassau St. in Princeton. I still have not paid more than 40 bucks for any sort of work out gear, but said friend gave my a GC for Christmas, so I'm looking forward to putting that towards a pair of their crazy awesome leggings for yoga and outdoor running. I've purchase only little items there, but as little as the purchase the staff is always friendly. They also give your purchase in awesome reusable totes that are great for toting lunch or groceries. Each store also focuses on a lot of local outdoor/physical activities so on their board/table by the door there are plenty of maps, business cards, and information on all the fun stuff to do in the Princeton area (and there are a lot!). Which brings me to my FAVORITE thing about Lululemon- their free Sunday morning yoga sessions. My best friend and I make it a point to go every Sunday, and we've discovered a love for yoga through each practice. Like the previous reviewer said, get there a little early to secure your spot,as the place will fill up fast! Each week is taught by a local instructor, so it's cool because you get exposed to all different ways of instruction and it's a good opportunity if you're looking to attend a class on the regular (many of the instructors are from Yoga Above on Nassau or the Princeton Yoga Center on 508 or CanDo fitness at Forrestral).They'll often have their class schedules available after class. Today was my first time experiencing Sunday free yoga class and first time buying from the store. Class started promptly at 9:30 and it was a great way to start the day. The instructor changes every week and it's nice to sample instruction from different yoga studios in the area. I later stopped in again after grabbing a bite to eat. They had a sale on sports bras, tops and shorts. Final sale price ranged from $29 to $39 which is considered a steal. The staff are also really friendly. I'm actually looking forward to my next workout so I can wear my new gear. read more

Interior is bright and clean and there was plenty of stock, including a large number of sale items. I'm from Canada, and Lululemon has been around there for a while. I've never made an attempt to get acquainted, even though many of my friends are die hard fans. I was surprised it made the long trip down to Princeton. Even though I don't practice yoga regularly anymore, I've been to this store a couple of times just to indulge in window shopping, and to try stuff on. Boy do the stuff here look good. The sweatshirts and pants are very form hugging, and just at the right places. They do make you look thinner but bustier. Confession: I've never bought anything major. That's because anything major would cost around 70-80 dollars. From this fact you can tell how patient the staff are with me. This is definitely a place to look for something really nice to wear and love for a long time. read more

I stopped in this store to get some yoga pants for my sister. They had a good selection and the sales staff was helpful, if not a little overly enthusiastic (standard for lulu haha). Also it's in a good location (Nassau St). I've been in lulu stores before and they generally seem pretty standardized so this one was no exception. I am extremely disappointed by Lululemon's return policy, and frankly, I feel that my wife and I were tricked and cheated. For the holidays, I bought my wife four times so that she could pick out her favorite each of two tops and two bottoms. Their normally stingy and strick return policy of 14 days was extended through January for anything purchased in December or most of November. However, when I attempted to return the two items my wife liked less on January 14, I was told that the January holiday return extension only ran through January 13. I need to make clear that I didn't forget the return. I wrote down on my calendar return by the 14th. We were in Princeton on the 13th. Based upon what I was told, I thought the deadline was the 14th. But I was told I was out of luck. This is not an issue with the Princeton office in particular. It's the entire corporate ethos. Why they would extend a 14 day return policy through January and then have it end on the 13th and not the 14th, I can't understand? Why they weren't clearer when I purchased the item, I can't understand? Why they wouldn't just take the return anyway, I can't understand. Shop at Nordstrom's, or someplace where the company cares about you (or pretends that it does). A store like Nordstrom's would never do tricky things like this. And if you did make an honest mistake somehow, they would be understanding about it. Lululemon makes really nice clothes--and charges a fortune for them. If you are going to charge that much money, you should treat your customers better. The irony of course is that this is a company selling YOGA clothing. You'd think that a yoga company would have a better ethos of customer treatment than some corporate conglomerate. But pretty much Lululemon treats its customers the worst of any company of its kind. It's fankly hard to resist buying their clothes, sometimes, they are so nice. But you should. You need to reward businesses that treat customers with concern and respect. And in doing so, you are protecting yourself. A final irony is that I told them if they wouldn't accept my return, I was going to post on Yelp describing exactly what had happened, and how I had been treated. They told me not to "threaten them." That summarizes everything about Lululemon more than anything else on could say: That simply describing publicly how they have treated me, is according to them, "a threat." I was just about to embark on a month-long international trip when I realized the wunder under pants I had purchased as a staple for my trip were not holding their shape (after only 3 non-workout wears). I called the nearest Lululemon (Princeton) and explained what happened. They immediately apologized for the inconvenience and offered to exchange them. Keep Your Receipt!! - Purchased the Run Bundle Up Jacket in January; wore it a few times and in February noticed a string handing from the cuff; turns out the seam on the cuff was unraveling. Given that I had the jacked for a month (and their return policy is 14 days), I did not have my receipt. Went to store with full expectation of just getting another jacket. They did not have one in my size and because I no longer had the receipt my only option was a gift card. When I asked if they could just order me a jacked they said they couldn't because they were not affiliated with the online store. Geez, for the prices they charge you think they could align with other premium retailers like Nordstrom's who offer email receipts and will order you something if they don't have your size (and will take back just about anything even with no receipt). Even at Target I can get a refund by just presenting the card I purchased with. Despite having my credit card bill showing the payment, I was told they couldn't track my purchase due to hacking concerns. Yeah, if you don't understand technology then that excuse might work but, really, they should be able to track your purchase. If I thought the jacked would fall apart in a month then maybe I would have kept the receipt. The quality problem is probably not the norm but their policies are not all customer friendly. read more

I've been to several Lulu Lemon store locations, and this is by far the best store I've been to. The staff is beyond helpful and nice, totally friendly and approachable. Never feel any pressure to buy anything, and they can, and will, answer any questions. The customer service and return policy is great. I have a worthwhile experience every time I make the trip up there.
