I needed A top denture, which required the majority of my upper teeth to be extracted During my consultation, Dr Teodoru himself, took the time to sit with me and explain in detail every step of the procedure, I don't ever recall having the doctor himself take the time out to do that, instead of another member of the staff. By the time I left my consultation, all of my fears and anxieties were gone and I knew this is going to be a positive experience. When I showed up for my actual appointment, I had very little anxiety, and my nerves were actually not completely shot. In 2 1/2 hrs, I walked out with a complete top denture after having all my upper teeth extracted. I still cannot believe that they did both extractions and Dentures all during the same appointment, and it took under three hours from beginning to end! I would absolutely recommend this dentist to anyone in need of extractions, cosmetic dentistry, implants, and so on. Oh, and did I forget to mention that they are incredibly reasonable!!!!!!

First, the hygienist explained what was happening with my teeth. Sam took her time and educated me on what causes bone loss and the numbers she assigned to my dental schema. She suggested a deep cleaning as my next step. Next, the dentist was calm and attentive. He gave me options instead of insisting that I choose a route that I was not comfortable with. This gave me comfort in knowing that my voice was important. Both exemplified patient-centered care with professionalism and expert advice. Finally, meeting DJ, their office manager, was the highlight of the visit. She was patient as we looked for ways to finance my treatment plan. Consulting with Sam brought results that I did not expect, like low rates, manageable monthly payments, and only a $49.00 change to start my treatment plan. This was the highlight of my experience at the Pompano Beach location. Although this was my first visit, I hope to experience the same excellence in treatment when I return in two months.
