They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly without making me feel rushed or pressured into scheduling an appointment. I also appreciated how transparent they were about their pricing and treatment options. They explained everything clearly, making it easy to understand what to expect before deciding whether their services were the right fit for me. It's refreshing to receive such great customer service from a business, especially before becoming a client.
