No one answers the billing number, and when you call the direct line all you get are people saying "I can't help with that, let me get you to billing." What a sham.

Once I was there and they refused to treat me, because I was taking pictures of the Christmas tree decorations, non recording, took me back to a room where the guy came and took temp, NO DR., NO NURSE ,NO practioner saw me, just the temperature and oxygen finger test guy, no evaluation, then came in and told me to leave. NO TREATMENT NO DR. Then they bill my insurance for the cost. Husband went in for covid test, all fine, he paid and was coming back in another week to 2 weeks. He went in and said was here for covid check up test. Was told they do not do follow -up test. Then again, he was charged on his insurance,. We did not report, as thought I would go back if needed, which I did months later, and was evaluated , treated and all was fine. I paid and left. Now a year later, I go in and this Doug person with the personality of a plant, tells me to leave, because of the Christmas picture incident, he says I need to leave, a nobody who thinkis he is somebody ,obviously uneducated, I had been there twice since then without incident. Was treated. Had saved those charges to insurance company, and now will submit the fraud to the insurance company. Meanwhile have found 7 other people in Wellington Seven Hills, whom they did the same thing to, and tomorrow we go to other house in Seven Hills previous golf course, that we rent out and find others in there they have done this to. It's hit or miss, folks so take your chance, even though much better ones in area. The question I am trying to get answered and can not, is that I asked yesterday why one who claims to be a front desk manager, is why I was treated 6 months after the Dec Christmas picture taking, with no incident and given prescriptions, and then a year later said leave.

Had an MRI done..it took 6 days for a radiologist to read it. Probably because it was so poorly done. My surgeon took it to the tumor board and it was unanimous to go somewhere else as the slides/results were subpar. Spring Hill MRI alluded stage one. Went to TGH..had an extensive MRI done and read within 24 hours..stage 3. Big difference...and absolutely unacceptable that they were so off. Spoke with billing concerning this issue since I had to have and pay for another. Was told they'd wipe the tiny balance owed but would not refund on the awful MRI done. Of course..I'm still getting bills and will have to waste time to call about it tomorrow. Stay far away from here if you're looking for accurate results.

When I asked for a bandaid bc I was bleeding i got a "sure if you need one." I just hope I don't get an infection from his dirty work and only because there was no hand hygiene done. You have to scan a QR code to complete check in paperwork which was fast to do. The most we waited was 10 mins before being seen. This urgent care does do RSV testing for kids. The nurse was super friendly and knew how to talk to my niece and made her feel comfortable and not scared. She even took us in the room where there was a TV and put Bluey on for her. When they did the testing for RSV. She swapped very gently and even did a really good method for her to not feel the swab going in deep into her nose. The doctor was amazing and knew all the right words to say. Overall my experience here was great and I would come back here for any urgent care visits.
