Bought this accident insurance when I bought Blue Cross for my main health care. This sounded like a great supplement to my high deductible insurance policy. I had a fall on my bike and made a claim. Took forever to get the paperwork processed. When I did I was denied because I did not see the doctor soon enough. I took the first appointment available by my doctor which was beyond the amount of time required by the policy. I guess I did not know that at the time. I did not need to go to emergency so I waited for my doctor. I later reviewed the policy in detail and there would have been many places along the way the payment would have been denied. I had to see a specialist for my knee. That would have been beyond the time period required for specialists. The specialist wanted more xrays. They don't cover that. The list goes on and on. They wouldn't of covered very much even if I made it into the time frame required. I highly recommend you don't use this insurance company. read more
