Update! I moved my stuff from storage to my new house. As we…read morepulled stuff out of the unit I could see how they were able to pack my stuff in so tight. Everything was squashed into the unit, boxes pushed against cabinets which in turn broke knobs off and caused damage to my brand new hat tree/ cabinet. I had a lot of damages done to furniture, lamps, jewelry cabinet etc. The amount of plastic wrap was over kill and they charged for every last piece of it and tape. It took us longer to get my stuff Un taped and unwrapped than it did to unpack all of my stuff. I contacted them about all of my damaged items and I was told they don't cover any damages for stuff that went to a storage unit first. That's BS! The charges I incurred from this company were outrageous, they could have moved my stuff from my house into the storage unit in about 5 hours but it took about 8 1/2-9 hours because of the discussions, putting my stuff into groups, wrapping everything in plastic including a bag I had totes and reusable bags in, my 3 lamp shades, plastic totes, my couch etc. I was also charged for a wardrobe box that I didn't even use. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

Movers who care? How about movers who don't care? Learn from my mistake and seek other movers…read more I hired this Two Men and a Truck and they completely ruined a $2500 TV, the glass TV stand, and also damaged a $280 rower. I have photos showing this damage INSIDE THEIR TRUCK. I filed claims with them and they say they will give me $25 for the $2500 TV. First of all, insurance was never explained or offered to me. Next, no insurance form stipulations should cover up negligence and incompetence of the movers. THEY strapped the TV to a wall of the truck, the strap came loose while they were driving and it broke the TV. Secondly, the TV had a glass base and they had the TV sitting on the hard wood floor of the truck. Of course glass will break when sitting on hard wood in a moving vehicle! Thirdly, my photos show they had plenty of padding nearby they opted to not use. This was complete negligence and incompetence, not an understandable moving mistake. The insurance nonsense (60 cents a pound?) should not cover up negligence. No rational, fair person would believe $25 is sufficient compensation for a $2500 TV. The two movers are the only people who have touched the TV! Two Men and a Truck does NOT care about customers. Potential future customers, learn from my bad choice.

They're so unorganized. Multiple people will tell you different things. And the owner lacks some serious integrity.. don't believe me check out the low reviews.. I scheduled my move on 4/16 with a moving date of 5/3. I'd expected an update on the arrival time…read morewhen the date drew closer. When I didn't get one I reached out the Monday before my Saturday move. I'd gotten subpar customer service from the agent I'd spoken with. He was stating a time of which I hadn't agreed to and speaking of conversations I hadn't had with anyone but should have in order to make everything work. We were able to get through that. We'd adjusted the time a bit and I was told that if a crew could get there sooner than that, they would. A few days before the moving date my time was adjusted. The crew arrived by 8:40 and began the move about 20 minutes after that as the entire crew had not made it to site yet. The move went well enough. I even tipped and paid a parking ticket that they'd received. Where we had the issue is when I asked for assistance in finding a missing box. I'd called the two numbers that I had and also text one of the numbers and neither one got back to me. I'd sent an email later in the evening to clarify that I'd located the box (I didn't label the box as they'd done so) I'd also made mention that there was another box missing and if someone could assist me with pointing out its possible location that would be great. I called this morning (5/4) to see if I could get some answers. I was met with a gentleman kind of rushing to get to the point of cutting me off. Then getting upset as I now found issue in no one responding to me. He brought up the date being Sunday (even though the hours are 24/7), people having families and lives and the job being completed. Ummm, my items are missing. I'm asking for help locating them. Your hours are 24/7. He proceeds to speak over me and then hangs up on me after I mention that I see how this will go. The items missing aren't cheap and now with this exchange I'm feeling as though you think this is ok. He then texts me our call and proceeds to engage as to where he felt as though I'd cut him off that I was then getting excited and then raising my voice. None of which actually took place and all of which is irrelevant considering that my items are missing and this exchange is leading me to believe that I'll be out thousands of dollars from a simple misplacement of a fragrance box. There was never a thought of resolve or anything. this could have been resolved by anyone of the crew that was actually there giving me a response back, the owner working on an investigation of some sort. literally anything besides what took place. I didn't call to accuse. I was just asking for direction of the location of the box. Now it seems evident to me that it is not being returned to me. Very unfortunate. The owner should probably invest in some customer service training to say the least. You can mention my interjections as the agent was trying to gaslight me. Now I've got to do a silly police report and call my bank. Very odd how this escalated. I've also added an exchange with the agent because on my google review he insisted on being dishonest. I can also add the police report. That I filed on 5/4. Updated 5/5. I can tell that you are not ok, Ty. Where does it say that I have to wait 24 or 48 hours? Is that what you all hope happens? That people don't notice their items missing until then? The website says you all are 24 hours. If someone doesn't answer by the 9:40 then I'd expect that they get to the matter urgently when they can. No one has given me a call back. I also sent an email. That went unanswered as well. You felt as though you were cut off as you were trying to gas light me. You stopped me in my speaking to give me excuses and then hung up on me because you lack professionalism and despise someone who catches on quickly. Anyone with sense would gather that from the call. I've provided it as part of my report as well. I knew exactly how this would go once you became defensive. If they moved me why would I not reach out to see if they can point me in the right direction of the item? I'm so confused as to the harm in that. I never accused anyone of stealing. I was searching for something that was missing, absent, not in sight. What resolution have you come up with as I am still stating that the box is missing? You're upset because I'm utilizing what I have to make it known that your piss poor customer service showed up loud in this event. Who is my wife? Why are you saying things without any validity? This is a literal joke. You're a literal joke. You saying you didn't steal, break or lose anything doesn't make it true. You were not here. You didn't handle the move. You mention me tipping you forgot to mention that I also paid their ticket. Which goes to show my character and debunk your claim of this being anything else than an honest review. Again you are an odd one and not interested in a resolution, customer service or anything else. I hope this reaches many to assist in not using your services.

I would have given a 5, BUT…read more... Lets start with the positive. Communication was great, and easy to schedule pick up & drop off. They also showed up on time. They are much cheaper than PODS, and have better reviews than PODS. (I recommend negotiating the price if possible) My only bad is when booking we explained how much space we would need to move our 2 bedroom apartment, and the rep encouraged us to get two Relo Cubes stating it would be best. -They offer individual relo cubes, or 7+ feet of space in a shared freight trailer. (Only 1 Upack customer per trailer, and the rest left over is for commercial moving) I chose the relo cube because I was under the impression that the shared trailer was with another household. (They didn't clarify how it was shared) Im most certain the reps have no clue how small the relo cubes are because when we showed up on moving day and saw the relo cubes we were pissed. The rep I got that day kept assuring me everything would fit in the cube and I promise you theres no way in hell all our things would have fit. They switched us to the trailer, and we saved $600 switching to the trailer. We also found out how the shared trailer worked which was reassuring then. If you use them, and have many things move i recommend a trailer over relo cube. Relo Cubes are much smaller than disclosed.

They took time to lay down floor protection in our home, answered all our questions, and provided us with a sense of value. The first company we contacted could not meet our pick up/delivery times and the second company wanted us to do a non-binding contract with open ended charges. AC White checked off all our requirements. Based on other estimates, our move was in the high end of the spectrum but (1) nothing was broken (2) we didn't have any pick up/delivery delays and (3) we feel that we got what we paid. If I had more time to get more than 3 quotes, I may have found a cheaper company but don't know if I would have felt as satisfied with the high value of service that we received.
