Love Lifetime. This gym truly feels more like a luxury wellness club than a regular gym. The facility is always clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I love the variety of equipment, group fitness classes, and amenities like the sauna, steam room, spa, and pool. Staff is friendly and professional, and you never feel rushed or overcrowded. Yes, it's on the pricier side, but you definitely get what you pay for. If you're serious about your health and want an elevated gym experience, this is worth it. Lately its been a bit crowded in the parking area but I think they are now limiting or have a waitlist on accepting new members to help relieve this issue. Worth to try.

Great rides at this gym always ! Chris really helped me out I am thankful for everything Chris !

Building a relationship with Chris was worth it . He worked out with me and we helped each other grow over the coarse of 5 months

Lifetime is great. It's a higher class gym with all the bells and whistles but you can get some great workouts in. I've been loving the yoga class with Sandy. She's amazing. I love to relax after a workout in the steam room or sauna and sometimes take a dip in the pool. Don't forget to refuel at the juice bar. There's a new peanut butter chocolate protein shake which is so delicious!

I took an 8am yoga class with literally THE BEST yoga instructor, Janet, I've ever had. (I've been practicing yoga 19 years now) What enhanced the experience even more for me was Janet was training a new yoga instructor, Lisa and she was AWESOME to. I was struck by both of their kindness, dedication and knowledge to their crafts. The yoga studio, itself, was stunningly beautiful and in perfect settings. Before I post a review I try to read the other reviews so that I don't sound repetitive when I write one. I was struck by people complaining about price? Look, I love LVAC and won't denigrate them but if you are trying to compare LVAC to Lifetime, truly, you aren't even comparing apples to oranges because at least those are both fruit. If you are trying to compare LVAC to Lifetime you'd be comparing jolly rancher's candies (not bad candy) to a perfectly cooked steak dinner, with succulent mashed potatoes and perfectly steamed and seasoned broccoli. I mean they both are gyms, I guess, like both those examples are food. Bottom line: you get what you pay for. Yoga, Alpha training, lots of equipment, perfect Pilates, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, swimming pools, outdoor swimming pools and even with all!? I just listed, it's my first day, I'm sure I missed some stuff. I find the value to be immense and think, even with the price, I'm getting a deal. After all, Janet, Lisa, Yolie (customer service rep that signed me up) are the highest quality individuals I've been around in a gym setting, they make the place invaluable. It was my first day at Lifetime yesterday but I hope I will spend the rest of my life in their quality. This place also has an epic spa with a true robot massage!

Refund Notification- from the mandatory gym closeure during the pandemic. FIVE YEARS LATER- they give me back the money I was due.

Still have the same opinion-but wanted people to know 5 years later - they offered me a pro-rated refund. It is my assumption was that it most certainly was not willingly. They fought me about not giving me back my money since I only 7 days into my membership- before the closure. See my earlier review for what I was paying, I will still not return your this place. From the looks of the most recent reviews, the Summerlin location has gone downhill in the last few years.

Life Time Fitness is a vibe. Incredible facilities, excellent customer service, and SO many fitness and social activities to choose from. The kind of club you want to spend an entire day enjoying. Worth every penny. Best gyms in Vegas, by FAR.

People enjoying the pool that was so exclusive I wasn't even allowed through the door despite paying the extremely high dues

My family is long time members at the green valley location and we love it. Our families schedule revolves around green valleys offerings including summer camp and parents night out. We love it so much we don't even complain about the insane price tag because it offers our family so much. Today we visited the Summerlin location I can't comment on the cleanliness or facilities because we were not even let in the door. I arrived at 8:10pm with my family with the intention of watching the aviators fireworks from the pool deck. Because of this plan we purposely did not go to the game since I had to work late and we thought it would be a nice relaxing view. The lady at the front took one look at my two kids (who have been members their entire lives) and simply said there is nothing for them here right now. I was so confused I asked for clarification could we use the outdoor pool to watch the fireworks? She was super rude and just shook her head no. For 500 dollars a month you could atleast respond. Green valley would never employ such incompetent people at their front desk. My kids were absolutely distraught but honestly it was my fault for not checking the hours. I got the idea that I could drive to the top of the parking structure and still watch the fireworks. When I got up there I went to check the outdoor pool and there were people swimming and laying out watching the fireworks. I know green valley is considered more "kid friendly" but this seemed over the top. Even if I lived in shit hole Summerlin I would probably drive to the other club just to avoid these hateful people. The parking situation did seem more efficient than the green valley club where I usually am walking half a mile to get inside the gym but everything sucked.

How arrogant this Brandon is! He called me to schedule the onboard appointment to sell his personal training sessions. We arrived 5 minutes early, waited until 11:10 called and texted. He didn't show up. But he was BLAMING us for not "come up and ask for him". What a great sentence to tell the customers that NEVER see him before! What a humble man! We were the only two people sitting in the waiting area for 15 minutes! We saw multiple trainers came to the area to pick up their clients. But this BIG BRANDON needs his clients to "come up to ask for him"! If you are ever lucky enough to be Brandon's customer, make sure to prepare your best manners! We called the gym instantly to reflect this incident. NOBODY CARES!!!! They told us probably because BRANDON WAS BUSY!! WOOOOOOWWWW! $379 per month, Lifetime staff must be busier than us! Cancelled the membership immediately :)

Does Lifetime have table tennis available?

No. They have pickleball and squash

Are there still squash courts at this location and how many courts do they have?

    Yes there's 4

    Do you have punching bag?

    Yes

How does kids play area look like? Wasn't able to see inside

It's a great space. My daughter LOVES it. They have an art area, a maze type jungle gym, and separate area for the really little ones. Don't hesitate to bring your babies here. They're all good people who work there.

What is the age range for the kids club?

The kids academy is ages 3mo.-11yrs. Reservations are required for infants under 1yo. You can reserve up to 72hrs in advance & they can stay for 2 hours everyday.

Is there a sign up fee and what's the monthly charge?

Sign up for me was free- that was a few years ago- and from what I understand, the price depends on the number of family/ household members sign up together. I've 'heard' three family members paying $220, but membership for me has gone up $10 since… Read more

Does the membership include Pilates on the reformer?

No. There's classes included with membership with mat Pilates, but not reformer Pilates. Reformer Pilates is additional cost. I believe you can get a free session to check it out though. And when you sign up you might get LT bucks that you can use… Read more

I thought I was lucky to find a Power House Gym. I wanted to train everyday while on vacation and show my son what a real gym looks like. On top of paying guest fees for two people for 4 days, I had intentions of buying him at least $300 of merchandise as well. It literally took me 30 minutes to drive from my Air BnB to that gym. The moron at the front desk took his sweet time having a personal conversation with someone and when he finally decided to pay me and my son any attention, he simply told me to scan the QR code and then kept on with his conversation. I don't know if he was one of the owners or not, but this type of customer service is just poor. I came with the intention of spending a lot of money in that business but after dealing with that I just refuse.

They keep it dark and low lit in the gym which I enjoy so I am less focused on my aesthetics or other people and more focused on getting in my workout and feeling accomplished. It's smaller, private and not super busy like most gyms. I can get my workouts done without waiting for equipment. I really appreciate the thoughtful touches, like the infrared sauna, nice showers, toiletries for women, hair ties, and the locker system. You can tell a lot of care went into creating a nice gym environment. Unfortunately, the customer service does not match the quality of the gym. There are a couple of male employees who are always kind, friendly, and welcoming. They talk to me, acknowledge me, and make the experience feel positive. However, my experience with some of the female staff has been the opposite. They often come across as rude, bland, and unwelcoming. When I walk in, they typically do not say hello unless I say hello first. Most recently, I called to update the card on file because I wanted to pay with my debit card instead of my credit card. I provided my last name and first name, and instead of asking for additional information to locate my account, I was told, "We don't have anybody here by that name." As a paying member, that was frustrating and felt very dismissive. I genuinely love the gym itself and think the facility is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I just wish the customer service matched the quality of the space.
