While you can book online, you can't cancel - it instructs you to call. When I called today the person I talked to just said ok and cancelled it. I then see a 50% charge on my card on file. While I understand the need to have a cancellation policy, I was not informed of this when I called to cancel. When I called to ask about it and to see if perhaps I could get even a partial refund if I rebooked and the answer was "I don't have any way to do that". Very uncustomer friendly for a repeat client and I'm bummed because I really enjoyed going there.

Kris is very knowledgeable and passionate about not only the mechanics of the body, but also about various methods used towards treating injuries. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to determine the root cause of nagging and seemingly perpetual injuries. Many times he would continue to do research well after our session was over in order to understand the injuries more. He was able to treat the tendonitis in both of my knees that I was certain would never go away. It was a very tough injury to treat, but Kris was resilient and did not rest until a solution was found. Not only did he treat both knees but he also gave me lifelong self-treatments I could use should the pain ever return. He even showed me how to improve my form when performing certain exercises; particularly squats. I did not realize all these years I had been performing squats incorrectly which is one of the things that contributed to my knee pain. This is just one example of his broad knowledge and expertise. Kris is also also very empathetic and aware of the inflated costs of healthcare and did whatever he could to ensure that the insurance provider paid what they were supposed to so that I would not have to pay more than I was responsible for.
