As someone who holds a leadership position within a school environment, I would have expected a more compassionate response, or at the very least guidance toward appropriate resources and support services. Her response left me questioning whether the values reflected in that interaction are consistent with those promoted by the school. It is troubling to think that an individual entrusted with the well-being and development of students might respond similarly to a child, parent, or other individual reporting a concerning situation. I fully understand that she may have wished to remain neutral or avoid involvement due to her personal connection. However, expressing support for or alignment with actions involving emotional or physical abuse raises serious concerns regarding judgment, empathy, and professional conduct. I felt it was important to bring this matter to your attention, as the interaction has left me deeply concerned about the values and standards that are expected of those representing your institution.

One of its advantages is that children aren't confined to the same classroom all day. The teachers are exceptional (shout out to Miss Olga, Miss B, Mis Cha Cha, Miss Renee, Mis Naiely...). Every day they come up with thoughtful, creative activities that make learning fun and keep the children engaged. You can tell how much time, dedication, and love goes into everything they do. Our son started here without speaking a single word of English. Thanks to the patience, kindness, and encouragement of his teachers, he not only learned the language but also felt safe, happy, and at home from day one. We went to kiddie academy at first bc it was the closest to us. We left after several incidents by…read morethe same child that was not being resolved. We tried to be super patient and understanding until I watched this child myself hold down another child where he couldn't get up without teacher intervention. After making a last complaint and saying that we would remove our child from their care if they did not remove that child (20+ bites on different kids at this point 3-4 times for my daughter) they printed out papers showing us that this was developmental and OK to them. They would take extra precaution with the child and always have a teacher with get. We immediately removed her from that daycare. (Pic in comments) They have cameras but it turned out it was false security because it doesn't save and they don't care if your child is being hurt from another child if they consider it to be developmental. We were interested in lux but it had a wait list and even though they had cameras they don't share it with parents. Children's learning adventure in pearland was nice. I really liked all of the different rooms and things they have for the kids. It does feel like they kind of hire anyone. There were times when I walked in and the kids were climbing all over tables or hiding behind a bookshelf watching Mickey Mouse on phone. The drive also was not pleasant in the morning. We're currently enrolled at teddys ladder. She's learned a lot there but I don't agree with everything they do. I'm frustrated with the size of the classes (35/36) but didn't want to pull her out of the class this year because she's made good friends over the years. If I could back in time, I wish I would have found a school that advocated for age appropriate play, teaches age appropriate content including emotional regulation and really believes in it, and cares more about how the children feel vs how they're perceived.

For all the anxious parents they send pictures of the children daily. They feed the children, support you with potty training, and provide extra curricular activities such as: soccer, ballet, and jump bunch. I'm so glad we found Little Blooms. This is a great preschool program at an affordable tuition.

My children were always targeted by the staff and owner regarding typical behavior that toddlers have. If you're not capable of handling young children why work there or even own the place? About a month ago my youngest child was not being supervised and was injured pretty badly from a fall, the owner had no clue what had occurred and I was provided an assumption of what was believed to have happened to my 2 year old son. Long story short, the owner Ann Ezumah took her sweet time to half ass respond to my serious concerns as a parent because she was away on vacation. After providing me footage of how it actually occurred it was addressed with no urgency she also never met with me in person only over message and email. What owner do you know does that? Honestly. Fast forward: Now that school has begun only 2 of my children remained there as the older one started Kindergarten. They tried to be slick and continue checking in/out my oldest son to make NCI claims. Fraud. They are a money hungry establishment with more "chill and fun" days that require parents to fund them money for said activities rather than more educational days. Every other week there was something they needed money for at the last minute too which explained their disorganization and lack of care for their students and families that keep their business running. Today they messaged me (yes messaged me) that my three year old son could no longer attend due to "behavior" and even went on to use the words "physical assault" on teachers which is almost hilarious because a 3 year old physically assaulting someone just sounds so ridiculous. Ann, the owner couldn't even be professional as the face and representative of her business to meet with me in person for this matter. Also there is NEVER an accredited director or at least assistant director to bring the students in during arrival. Only teachers and their cook, sounds worrisome huh? I will be reporting them to the state of Texas and NCI in effort to possibly help their establishment turn their unprofessionalism around! So I'm probably doing them the greatest favor and the owner probably just needs some help. I spent a lot of time searching for a daycare that supports speech delays and early childhood development, and I'm so glad we found Laugh n Discover. He started at the end of February 2025, and at that time he had a significant speech delay, wasn't fully potty trained, and struggled being around new people. Fast forward just a couple of months, and the growth has been amazing. By May, he was fully potty trained (even overnight), speaking in full sentences, asking questions, and even starting to count and identify colors. The moment that really got me? He can write his name now, and he's proud of it. But beyond the academic stuff, the emotional growth has been huge. He used to feel anxious walking into new environments, and now he's excited to go in and play with other kids. He's telling full stories, using his imagination, and just seems so much more confident and comfortable. The teachers are incredibly patient, supportive, and genuinely care about each child's development.
